[When the video comes on, Fracas is shifting on his feet, only pausing to rub the back of his neck and let out a reedy laugh. He coughs when he finally gets control of himself, then claps his hands together and mutters to himself before speaking up.]
S-so, uhm. I... I guess everyone's noticed the new Starscream. Well, he's the Starscream from my world. More the point, I.
I need help.
He can't know there's a Vehicon here. That I'm here. I will end up dead again and I-I don't... I don't want to die again. There. There has to be some way to keep me completely off his radar, right?
... Right?!
[Fracas's voice cracks for a moment without him even realizing it.]
S-something. Anything. I just. I can't. I r-really can't.
Please?
[He could not possibly look any more desperate and pathetic, even if he had a lip wibble.]

It is a pleasure to meet you Fracas.
The pleasure is mind, sir.
You do not need to call me Sir, Fracas, it's hardly something friends normally call one another, though I can understand if calling me by name is less than comfortable for you.
It's not that's it's uncomfortable. Not really. It's. It's just a little strange, is all. I mean we usually called him Lord... That would be kind of weird though, wouldn't it?
Lord is certainly a title I'm not fond of being called, As a leader I prefer to have those that choose to follow me do so, not those who feel obligated to do so.
Oh. That. That's definitely different then. S-so what are policies on. Bots leaving? N-not that I plan to, I mean. Just as comparison.
Leaving, well I suppose it depends on what sort of leaving you are talking about. If you have chosen to change sides I won't stop anyone, it is their right and freedom, though I would talk with them to see what would cause such a change, I would also probably change all security measures that particular mech had access to.
Of course, in my world it is unlikely that many, if anyone, would become Autobot after being Decepticons, at best the Autobots would sent them into the smelting pits alive... I don't want to consider a worst case outcome. There was one mech, but he... had a considerable strength and reputation that he carried with him over to the Autobots, as well as proving his love of violence and killing, from what I heard.
Regardless, if someone simply wanted to leave to be unaffiliated with the war I would give them what supplies could be spared and let them leave. Again my world is a bit different and there really isn't any where left that is livable for long periods of time aside from Polihex where the Decepticons and I have our home, and Iacon where the Autobots make their base.
[He's quiet for a long while, just listening to Megatron's answer... and even longer thinking about it. Being killed by the Autobots wouldn't be anything new - except for here, where he'd somehow befriended Wheeljack and Bulkhead of all bots - but. Being allowed to leave. Not suffering some horrible fate at the hands of Megatron or Soundwave or anyone else for the choice.
That's something he never could have hoped for. Ever. He dips his head for a moment before straightening up a little. Briefly finding his courage again.]
That's better than I could have ever expected. From my home, at least. Vehicons... we don't get that lucky. Having a leader that's willing to let us go.
I originally sought to avoid the war, thinking a bit naively that I could, but eventually it came to me, to Polyhex where I taught. I took up the fight and soon became someone others followed under. From the first day I took up a weapon I have fought with the belief that all sentient beings have a right to freedom to chose their own lives.
To me holding someone in my ranks, or even eliminating them to avoid them leaving, is not a thing I could ever condone. I want freedom for my people, and I recognize that I need more than just myself to achieve it, but I would rather a hand full of dedicated fighters by my side than legions of forced troops at my back.
He wouldn't just eliminate us if we tried to leave, though. He'd do worse. And if he didn't, Soundwave would. If a Vehicon wants out, their best bet is getting onto a high-risk field work detail because all the Autobots will do is kill us. It's better that way... At least for us.
Even if things are inverted where you're from... a leader that cares isn't. Something I'm used to. I-I don't even know what to think, honestly. It's not normal. But... it's nice. I can't even imagine my Megatron as a teacher.
I am sorry to hear that the situation is so hard for you and that the other Vehicons, I do not see the intelligence of forcing anyone, by threat or force, to fight for you.
I can understand the confusion. Cliffjumper had a hard time at first in our world. I would be happy to spend some time with you, if you feel that would help you become used to this.
We used to be useful. But now the only Autobots left are all really effective at their jobs. Now they just kind of... throw us at them to slow them down.
You'd do that? I... I'd like that. I think. It's nice of you to offer.
[He gives Fracas a bright smile.]
Of course I would, I think getting to know people is an important thing to do.
[Fracas dips his head low, slightly sheepish.]
Goes to show how different you are. Well I. I'd like that too.
