[It'd been a month since Magnus left.

The commander had been gone that long before, and Wheeljack almost expected the same this time around. So...when that time rolled around, and still no Magnus after constantly searching the feed...

It was time to call it quits.

The feed opens up to show a room-...or what's left of one. The walls are cracked, scorched, bent, or indented in some places, although that seems to be the most of the damage. The berth is relatively untouched, and any of Miko's and Bulkhead's belongings are actually safe from damage. Wheeljack's own stuff? a different story. Only one thing of Wheeljack's was left untouched--the sword Blurr gave him--which was put under the bed weeks prior.

Sounds like someone had a tantrum, and it shows, with Wheeljack standing in the center of the room, panting heavily from all the lashing out...at the wall.

...Do you feel better now, princess?]

Ngh...

[He slumps against the wall, sinking to the ground and curling up.

...Just like old times.]

[His head turns towards the feed. ..Must have turned on during the excitement. He doesn't reach for it just yet, just giving a shrug and looking up.]

What's it look like I did? Beat the scrap out of some metal walls.

Did the walls do something to you?

[She stares at him with a 'Really?' sort of look, frowning just a bit as she tries not to look worried about him.

Because that would mean she cared.]

I sincerely doubt that amount of damage was warranted. Are you aware we're rather understaffed in terms of qualified medics?

[He knew it would be coming. When Magnus couldn't be found, he knew. Still he was kind of amazed Wheeljack held out this long before doing anything. He didn't need to see the feed to know.

He comes to stand in the doorway to their room. He ignores the damage for the time being, his focus on Wheeljack. They can deal with the damage later, Wheeljack's well-being is far more his concern at the moment.]

[He steps into the room, a little wary. Not sure how he'll react.

Just like old times.]

Wheeljack...!

[Did you ever expect that voice to come out of that face, Wheeljack? Or any face for that matter?]

Are you hurt? Physically, I mean?

[He sighs.]

That big, blue bot. The one I talked to about you. Remember him?

[That's all he has to say on the matter. Even if it was a lie.]

Wouldn't call four-and-a-half 'understaffed'. We functioned just fine with one back home.

[She rolls her eyes before thinking for a second.

[Lyra stops and stares for a long moment before her expression goes from pissy little kid to understanding.]

[At the sound of his name, his eyes dart to the entrance. The voice itself raised no defenses--he knew Bulkhead's vocal signature by heart. But he was slightly intimidated by what Bulkhead would react with.

[He takes a little piece of debris near him, tossing it like you would skipping rocks.]

Guess I didn't take it so well.

[He keeps his conversation short and sweet. It's easier that way.]

[Fracas... looks almost happy about that lack of recognition for a moment, smiling and shoulders slumping in relief. If it baffled someone that actually knew him, then maybe... maybe he'd be okay.]

Couple times. Would it help if I, uh... screamed and ran away a little?

[Nope, he will NEVER get tired of bringing that up.]

[The feed's silent for a few moments. He's not really ignoring you, Percy, he's just inspecting a flick of debris.]

... I've unlocked the access doors to the lab. Waiting for a delivery of supplies and such.

[translation: Let me have a look at what you did to yourself, you moron.]

[Just because it's hard to be friends still doesn't mean he's going to avoid you forever.]

[Those eyes narrow further a moment, before snapping open wide.]
