[It's been a while since Strelok was around, offering advice from living like a hobo in Russia or shooting Starscream in the eye to keep himself alive. And the reason it's been a while is because he went on an adventure without telling anyone! Whoops.

But he's back now, and making a transmission. Video, for once. Once of his hands is bandaged, and... is that a plant that's straining to try to snap a small energon goodie out of his fingers? He chuckles lightly.]

Ahh, I bet you missed these more than me, yes?

[He tosses the goodie to the plant, which catches it in its rather huge venus flytrap mouth. He looks to the camera after that.]

Well, I am back from the Badlands now. It was, perhaps, not so bad as it could have been, at least for me. I will be restocking my supplies later though, and if any of the humans need medical attention I can help.

[Locked to Drift, Wing, and the FirstForged]

[He pauses and locks things after a moment. Gonna keep this to a very few people just in case.]

I was able to get a look at the Badlands, while the others were being attacked. You will want to know what I saw, I think.

He sounds like a really special kind of doctor. [The ones Blurr knows get really angry if you play with grenades.]

Indeed. I'm always up for learning new tricks if you feel like sharing.

He was. There were rumors that he could heal anything. Any injury or disease. I was not so sure, but with Doctor... who knows?

He must have been really good at his job. You called him Doctor? He didn't had a real name?

He is. I do not know anyone better at healing.

And we just call him Doctor. When you enter the Zone, it is your chance to leave everything else behind. You do not have to be what you were, so many of us chose different names. Even me.

I'm glad you had him then, I could tell that your world was really unfriendly to all living things when you explained it to me.

And you never think about your old life, your old name?

Ah, just the Zone. The rest is the usual amount of unfriendly.

Sometimes. But I am not that person anymore. The Zone changes you; it changes everything.

That's a small consolation then.

For the best? [Because it doesn't sounds like that to Blurr.]

It is, for now.

Not always. It depends upon the person. Though it sounds as though you think it is not so.

Oh, no, no, no...I really have no opinion. But when you talk about the Zone it sounds just as bad as when we talk about the war. That changed us too and not for good.

The Zone... can be a little like war, sometimes, perhaps. Though you are able to leave whenever you choose, more or less. There are few politics to living there; there is no room for it.

[raceme]

You like it better here, then? [Not many people does, so he's wondering if that's the case with those who used to live in really dangerous world..]

It is much the same here and there... though there are more secrets here. There is more room for lies and politics here. That I don't like so much.

[That and sometimes? It feels like it's too easy to get lucky here. There's not much challenge.]

I am aware, yes. I don't like it either.

[That he doesn't consider a problem, though.]

However that came to be, it should change. There does not need to be room for all those lies and... what is the word... subterfuge? It makes things difficult in the wrong way.

[Strelok had gotten used to things not being too easy, really. He's too much of an adventurer at heart to take the easy road.]

Easier said than done. Lately the FirstForged had been even more hard to finds when we need to bring our concerns to them. Any ideas of how to get their attention?

[Adventures are great, Blurr likes those too. He's just not terribly fond of adventures when you end killed. Or crushed alive into a cube.]

Harassing their Acolytes for an audience sometimes helps. Of course, there is always blowing up part of their temples, if you prefer that.

[Killed or crushed into a cube? Such is life in the Zone, really. Er, or life in Haven, as it stands.]

I think I will try the former option. As an agent of the law its ruins our image if we start blowing up things. [He did it once in the past when he was not totally himself. Blurr still feels guilty about it.]

All right, all right. Though if that does not work, the explosives are still an option. [Since there aren't any brain scorchers to turn off to get attention, and all, it seems like the most direct route to Strelok.]

[Psh, that's just looking at it negatively. For shame.]

Bah, I am all right. I have slept well enough. Though I am sure you are busy with police work, yourself.
