[Audio/Video] Totally not compensating for anything, nope.
Absolute glitchin' slag.
[There's more insults than those being muttered over the audio, but they're kept at a lower pitch, and the noises of metal or other items being thrown around obscures some of it.]
One of these days I'm actually gonna get to stay put an' where the slag--- [Either the speaker just stumbled over something, or yanked something out of a pile.] Finally! Ugh. Okay.
[And then have video and a red cybertronian with sensor horns leaning against... a very large cannon (or is he just that small?).]
Any of you find a large sniper rifle calibrated for someone my height before I do, I'd appreciate if you ask me if it's mine.
[Because that thing was made for him, so. And while sniper rifles aren't his favourite weapon, he's picked up the talent and he came here with it... as his found cannon can testify. Cliffjumper grunts and drags a hand down his faceplates.]
Got the basics, blah blah, besides that what is the situation? An' for the information, apparently even TransTech, who proclaimed themselves quite above the rest of us, can't make proper stellar span.... er, space bridges.
[He's not going to assume anyone he knows... from either two dimensions or Axiom Nexus is here. And the real kicker? He has the vaguest impression he sort of bounced briefly into the negative polarity universe before coming here, but he's not sure and that, along with his missing weapons, is just torqueing him off.]

Sorry 'bout that. [He grins lopsidedly and gives a jaunty wave. Slag these timestream differences.] Hey, Megatron! An' it really is. Anyone else where we know?
[Pause.]
... An' what's the last thing you remember before comin' here?
[Sure, from Cliffjumper's point of view it's already obvious Megatron's from the past, but it'd help to know from when exactly.]
Soundwave is here, he seems to have arrived a little while before me.
[He gives a slightly curious look, not yet having been told that he isn't from the same time frame as Soundwave either.]
The last thing I remember, that would be watching the Nemesis and the Ark's jet trails as they left the atmosphere.
[... Maybe he should, at the least, considering how many times he's done the dimension changing thing by now.]
Shouldn't say "awesome", because none of us should be here, but, ya know.
[He gestures vaguely, giving a shrug. He'd prefer none of them were here, but at the same time..? It's nice to have people he knows around.]
... Uh. I see. Yeah, that... was a while ago for me.
[Cliffjumper grimaces and then shrugs. Not much to do about it.]
[At least now when he said anything about recognizing the difficulties Cliffjumper faced in his own universe he could do so with confidence. No longer saying he understood without fully comprehending.]
I must admit that while I find it unfortunate to be here, being here with others I knew before my arrival is a benefit.
A while ago? That makes sense, anything that could not only draw individuals from different dimensions should also be capable of drawing them also from different time frames. Is there anything of prudence you feel you should inform me of? Do not feel obligated to if you do not feel the need.
[Cliffjumperr grinned and shrugged. He didn't get confused - not much, anyway - anymore, the rules clear enough he could usually guess somewhat and prepare, and he had really been around there for long enough he was just taking it as "what it was".]
Makes things a bit easier if nothin' else... [A shrug and Cliffjumper briefly looks away.] Since that's at least one, or whatever, that you ain't gotta explain everything to.
[Everything plus getting to know them as well.]
Wait... I don't really know how these things work, an' I ain't sure it's mattered before, but should I tell ya what's gonna happen in what's the future for you... Even if me bein' here pretty much guarantees it's kind of already happened-- argh.
[Groaning, Cliffjumper dragged a hand down his faceplates and shook his helm. This was just not his thing, at all. And where would he start? "Cyclonus betrays us and shoots you, Primus ressurects you through one of the... er, Firstforged and you turn into Galvatron"?
Even considering the situation here, would anyone believe that?
... Cliffjumper frowned to himself, wondering if it meant that if there was a Nexus Prime here, that they were the same one or not.]
Yes, I've found most people to be at least willing to humor the idea that I am not the same as the Megatron of their universes, and I can only hope my actions will continue to prove my statements.
[He smiled and gave a small shake of his head.]
Never mind it. I wouldn't have had a chance to learn if I never ended up here, so perhaps it is best to let things go as they are, and let all things be decided as they happen.
Sure. An' if it's like Axiom, no one's gonna notice [But if it wasn't... That sat unpleasantly somehwere at the bottom of his spark chamber.] and there'll be no effects... Still ain't where we should be.
[That just caused Cliffjumper to chuckle.]
Hey, I think it's quite obviou, an' if I can see it... [A shrug. Not cynical, merely realistic, considering how he usually was.]
Yeah, okay... [He nodded, still uneasy, and wondering if it was the right decision.]
It seems some are hesitant to trust the difference just yet, though I have been fortunate not to have received any direct animosity just yet.
[Megatron simply drops the subject of what ever it was that Cliffjumper had been thinking about.]
An' of course we will, but frag it. One extra dimension was more than enough. [Since this one seems like it could use some extra help, whereas Axiom was mostly about just existing there until hopefully getting home.]
Most would probably not tangle with you other than over this... Link even if they were bein' hostile considerin' the type of individual positive polarity Megatrons are. [Shrugging, Cliffjumper briefly looked away and then back.]
This is... unfortunately true, though for those I've met so far many seem to either accept my explanation, or are willing to take it as possibility.
[A scowl and a helmshake accompanies that, both because he's so. slagging. annoyed. But also because he doesn't get it.]
Huh, that's good. Less idiots we gotta beat the truth into. Don't really have Prime to show as a counterweight an' get people to realize how fragged things are.
[The grin, slow and lopsided, is honest; sure, he hadn't needed to be beaten with anything, and still believed the Decepticons when they explained what the launching of the Ark had been intended for, so even suspicious glitches that distrusted any Decepticon could be made to believe...]
I, for one, am glad that I will have to prove myself in more menial ways then having my opponent here as a 'counterweight'.
[It's such a fragging mess he doesn't really know what to do with it.]
... Yeah, I know. We don't really want him here, that'd just... Ain't a good idea.
[No other way (except expletives) to phrase or explain it because it isn't.]
Yes, Optimus' presence here would be a very disconcerting thing.
Better not, 'cause you've been and are gettin' it!
[Cliffjumper's embarrassment melts into a scowl at that thought and he shakes his helm.]
Would be a fraggin' trainwreck, that's what.
I do believe that is the most accurate description if that were to happen, but for the sake of those here, let's hope it never comes to pass.
[Cliffjumper grins lopsidedly, sharp and pleased, even if the... eloquence of the praise is a bit embarrassing; he's not sure he deserves that much.]
Yeah... at least there might be a possibility of help from... uh... the Firstforged 'round here? Dunno if they would but at least there ain't just us who'd be available to beat him down.
[Still too few around, considering what sort of mech Optimus Prime was.]
[He chuckles just slightly at Cliffjumper's comment about Optimus and his tailpipe. Though he wasn't one to say things like that often himself, he could appreciate when they were said.]
The Firstforged, I had been meaning to ask about them. Is this something you are familiar with? Much like the Primus situation?
Mostly I would be loathed to think of others risking their embers, or sparks, to remove him as a danger.
[Cliffjumper snorts and shrugs, arms crossed. He really hates leaving things unfinished, but sometimes you didn't have a choice... in this matter, however, he'd make sure he had one, slag be the universe.]
Uh... not really. I mean... not even sure who they are, nothin' like it pings me, but that might be 'cause of the different way things happened in the beginning, or we've just forgotten.
[There was a slight scowl, more thoughtful than not.]
'Cause not much is known 'bout the past or anythin' where I'm originally from.
Maybe so, but you ain't alone, even if you're one of the only ones who can go face to face with him.
[The glare is firm, annoyed... an attempt at hammering in that Megatron doesn't need to do everything alone, even when it's about Optimus Prime.]
Then we both are unclear on them. They do seem to be quite powerful if they are indeed the first mechs created by Primus with the purpose of forming this world.
[At this point he could no more discredit the possibility of Primus than he could say Prime was completely sane.
There is a pause and he looks to be about to say something to disagree with Cliffjumper but stops.]
I have a feeling anything I say to the contrary will be met with a large amount of dissatisfaction. You and Starscream are quite alike in your dedication to this point.
And if he would have followed Skyfall through the portal, which he might not have.]
Long as they don't turn out to want to turn us inside out, or whatever, it should be fine.
[If Cliffjumper had heard all the names of the Firstforged, he'd have been able to say something about Nexus Prime, but he only knew the designation of the Firstforged whose temple he was in, and that mech's name he didn't recognize... And was thus slightly suspicious of.]
Damn straight. [Cliffjumper huffs and his optics narrow a bit.] Backup's good, an' since he ain't here, I don't mind giving ya the reminder you need.
[Ricochet's little death-trap thing, that is all.]
[Ricochet's little death-trap would be a rather stinging reminder to bring up considering he had only recently gotten repaired from the damage he took there before he arrived here.]
Backup is certainly agreeable. [Because back up, to him, meant they stayed out of harms way unless he was clearly in danger of losing, and even then it was to get him and get out of there.]
[He shrugs, not thinking too much on it. It's not a name he recognises, but he doesn't really have any problem with the idea of "the first cybertronians made by Primus" even if this isn't something that he's heard in his reality.]
Back's fraggin' non-negotiable. [Have another stern stare, since, even if he bumrushes nearly everything, all the time? He's a bit hot-headed, it's not exactly planned beyond "seemed like the best idea" and despite what people think... he does know he's not invicible.
He just sometimes chooses to ignore that. Or outright forgets it for the moment.]
[He pauses a moment to see if the name is familiar to Cliffjumper at all.]
I won't even consider trying to negotiate on the backup.
[He both wanted to placate his friend and confirm that he would behave himself the way others expressed they wanted him to.]
Okay, that's... that's odd. I mean, sure, I already knew Primus exist an' in a bunch of realities or whatever, but I didn't think the first cybertronian we know of would be present... elsewhere... as well.
[He sounds vaguely stunned, because in a way that's stranger than the thought of Primus existing. That was easy to accept, because even kept in emergency stasis lock he'd felt the reverberation from the scream as Primus was awoken. Even if he hadn't known what it meant at that point, and felt something like shockwaves from the battle against Unicron even if that, too, hadn't made any sense until after he was repaired, woke up and had it all retold to him.
He frowns and shakes his helm, refocusing on what Megatron's saying.]
Good. Otherwise I think Starscream'd be really upset with us.
[He grins though, helm cocking jauntily as he speaks and letting him sort of bounce back from the surprise from earlier.]
