[Audio/Video] Totally not compensating for anything, nope.

Absolute glitchin' slag.

[There's more insults than those being muttered over the audio, but they're kept at a lower pitch, and the noises of metal or other items being thrown around obscures some of it.]

One of these days I'm actually gonna get to stay put an' where the slag--- [Either the speaker just stumbled over something, or yanked something out of a pile.] Finally! Ugh. Okay.

[And then have video and a red cybertronian with sensor horns leaning against... a very large cannon (or is he just that small?).]

Any of you find a large sniper rifle calibrated for someone my height before I do, I'd appreciate if you ask me if it's mine.

[Because that thing was made for him, so. And while sniper rifles aren't his favourite weapon, he's picked up the talent and he came here with it... as his found cannon can testify. Cliffjumper grunts and drags a hand down his faceplates.]

Got the basics, blah blah, besides that what is the situation? An' for the information, apparently even TransTech, who proclaimed themselves quite above the rest of us, can't make proper stellar span.... er, space bridges.

[He's not going to assume anyone he knows... from either two dimensions or Axiom Nexus is here. And the real kicker? He has the vaguest impression he sort of bounced briefly into the negative polarity universe before coming here, but he's not sure and that, along with his missing weapons, is just torqueing him off.]

[Cliffjumper snorts, and while the words are sharp because he's kind of annoyed here, it's not worse than usual really.]

The situation is there's no war here. We're trying to keep it that way.

And this isn't on any map, I don't think, because it's Cybertron.

And, it's so very strange, but the tone of voice, and more specifically... the way you sort of remind him of somebody? He doesn't really believe you.]

... Uh-huh. Well, if you do that'd be great.

[Frowning, Cliffjumper glances from the screen to the cannon beside him, and just ignore it if his grip tightens a bit on it.]

Sure. Two-pulse plasma cannon. Bit old-fashioned an' not very fancy, but it does it's work well.

Yeah, well, that's great for as long as it lasts but that doesn't really explain anythin'.

[He's had long-winded, dry and paperwork-filled as well as a a shorter, more confusing explanation given... And while the "Cybertron in the early stages, there's a rip in spacetime that keeps drawing people in" was expedient enough, it didn't do anything for the rest.]

All Cybertrons got some sorta "address" or whatever, but thing was, they were tryin' to send me to my original dimension.

[He shrugs and shakes his helm, because from the vague impressions he got, they failed with that too. Luckily. (And he probably shouldn't feel that it was lucky since he would have been home, but...)]

[Megatron can't help but be excited to see Cliffjumper, if for no other reason than he is quite happy to see people from home.]

Cliffjumper, you are here now I see. It's good to see you again.

[He furrows his brow.] A little optimism? It's good to be prepared, but an attitude like that could cause a lot more trouble than it's worth.

[He shrugs.] Then maybe these TransTechs don't know as much as whatever brought us here. But we're here now, and this world doesn't deserve what we did to Cybertron.

[Shut it, no more than for anyone else. He can fire this cannon without being blown backwards!]

An' I'm pretty sure I could shoot ya outta the sky from half a city away.

[Probably somewhat overstated, but not too much. He's gotten good with the rifle, really. Which he's not sure if it should annoy him or not.]

Yeah? What do I get if you miss?

[Sorry, stranger. Whirl's crazy, but he also rated as a flight instructor. And if you look at the odds of Wrecker survival and how long he served with them? Yeah, odd are on crazazy.]

Just bein' realistic, though hopefully nothin' will happen. At all.

[Even whenever this Cybertron gets its own actual population instead of this extra-dimensional hodge-podge.]

Would serve 'em right. [Not that he already didn't know they weren't as good or high and mighty as they liked to think themselves as.]

We who? [Cliffjumper just snorts; while obviously everybody had a part in the war that reduced Cybertron to a shadow of its former self...] 'Cause I gotta say, not all of us have the same complicity.

[And he's heard or read about quite a few variations by now.]

Mega--- [Wait, what? Megatron, not Galvatron? Cliffjumper's exclamation dies off, and he just stares for a moment, optics wide, before he collects himself.]

Sorry 'bout that. [He grins lopsidedly and gives a jaunty wave. Slag these timestream differences.] Hey, Megatron! An' it really is. Anyone else where we know?

[Pause.]

... An' what's the last thing you remember before comin' here?

[Sure, from Cliffjumper's point of view it's already obvious Megatron's from the past, but it'd help to know from when exactly.]

Realistic. You just got here. [This was like Starscream all over again, thinking because he knew his world he knew everything.]

The ones that have been pulled here, same as you have. There's a reason we're here, which supercedes these 'TransTechs'. And I'm pretty sure the point of us being here is to learn NOT to do what we've done.

You can have a punch to the optic, if you want. Or, I suppose, some energon of my choice, equivalent of a cube-full.

[He'd give you one of the negative polarity rods he still has with him. Generous, isn't it?]

Ain't seein' any reason we're here except the fact that we're asked to help after the fact.

[And frankly, he's kind of relieved the Lambda is (probably) an accident or something, not (hopefully) planned by the... Firstforged. That's still kind of stunning.]

[Not that he's particularly interested in shooting a random mech - however annoying - just for being rude at him. So the point is moot either way.]

Consider if you will, the follow situation. Cybertron is newly born, watched over by the First-Forged. From across all reality, they have gathered Transformers and other beings to help tame this wild world. Leaving them little choice but to work together and hope that eventually, they will be able to Leap home.

[Aw but...

He really likes looking at big weapons. And that's the biggest one he's seen so far on this dustball.]

Looks like it's in pretty good condition. Big too, it must be tough to carry around sometimes.

[Yeah, well, you might have aggravated him, but he's not (hopefully) going to let himself get dragged into shooting (at) someone with no reason.]

[Attitude rubs him wrong, and if Whirl was a Decepticon, then probably more than maybe, but at the moment? No.]

Of course it is. If I couldn't take care of it, I shouldn't have weapons. [Cliffjumper shifts on his feet and then pats the barrel of the cannon.]

An' I don't need to carry it around physically, so it doesn't matter.

[Of course, he doesn't have much space for a lot of other things due to all the (large) weapons he has in his subspace.]
