[So, there's no speakers or amplifiers, no, BUT-- Frenzy's little electric guitar can belt out some nice, loud tunes. Which is all he needs, really. And to demonstrate...

[Frenzy calmly finds the perfect spot outside the police headquarters. He's already tuned his guitar, so no need for rehearsal. Frenzy's been monitoring the police schedule to know most of them should be in the building right now. And after Prowl's recent post - well, sounds like these guys need a pick-me-up.]

[And thus Frenzy starts playing. And it is loud, and enough to nearly shatter glass. If there were dogs, they would be howling right about now. But, hey, he's not bad at playing - just needs more work. Until then, have the guitar cover of a Zeppelin song he picked up on Earth. ♥]

[Frenzy makes a sound akin to a sniff, idly scratching at one audiol.] Gee, I dunno. I just came here to rock an' play my-- [Oops, and he just fired a powerful sonic blast in Blurr's direction]

[OH NOW YOU MADE IT.

Blurr's taken by surprise but dodges the blast thanks to the fact that soemtimes his legs react faster than his processor. He moves to the side, using the advantage of his fast strength to avoid getting hit. The he reaches out for the handcuffs in his chest compartment and launches himself towards Frenzy.]

[Damn, son, you're faster than he thought. And he doesn't think much about you. Frenzy is just now turning when he faces Blurr with his handscuffs out. And he looks really, really confused. Now's your time to shine, copper!]

[They don't call him the fastest bot in the universe for nothing and he's been waiting for this for so long. There's a flash of silver as he moves his hands and puts the stasis cuffs on Frenzy. He can still talk and yell but at least he can't shoot at him no more.]

[Frenzy doesn't even know WHAT THE HELL just happened. It takes him a minute and one comical look at the cuffs before he realizes--] Hey. [His voice picks up, and soon, yeah, he's yelling.] Hey hey hey! Lemme outta these! [And man he's going to put up as much of a struggle as he possibly can in his condition.]
