[The words are soft, choked. They're rough around the edges, as if edged by jagged points. If he were human, he'd have sounded like he'd been crying.]

[Despite the tone, the plea, it's clear the old Kagerou is back in the driver's seat again.]

[It's not long after Kagerou clicks the feed then a soft voice answers.]

[He can only stare for a minute, looking at the little flashing light -- the message light. A new tremor enters his voice when he answers...]

[What does he say that he hasn't already said. Is there even anything? To make this right?]

[Here's a familiar voice. Guess who's back from the dead now. He doesn't remember much about the whole personality switching event, since he was dead, but he does remember that Kagerou was acting strange.]

[Something in his voice hitches, hearing that. There's a weird sense of failure when he hears her.]

[He nods, at first, before belatedly realizing Ravage can't see him.]

[He keeps the video off. Honestly, where he's got himself wedged up into is somewhere he's better off keeping secret.]
