[Yeah that's a whine. He curls under the tarp a little more, looking pathetic as possible. Which may not actually be an act.]

[Looks like someone smashed themselves into that nifty robot flu.]

[One more whine before he turns off the feed.]

[Cliffjumper's not precisely curled up in a ball or anything, but he's rather hunched over and doesn't look very happy. And his vocie is rougher than it normally would be.]

Was sure it was nothin', but... [He grimaces and the vent in rattles.]

[He pokes his head out from under the tarp.]

Pro'bly just some stupid misalingin' or somethin' [Cliffjumper knows the symptoms of the human-type flu and this doesn't make sense so it's nothing, even if he knows he should go to the medic.]

[As he curls even further under the tarp. His voice is muffled.]

[Echoing his question right back at Sideswipe, Cliffjumper grumbled quietly as he curls up and then sits up again - he aches and just sort of wants to curl up, but he feels too hot in general and hotten when he does that. He's not sure if the cooling systems are glitched or the diagnostics program is.]

An' no, but it sorta reminds me of human flu... Even if we can't fraggin' get human viruses...

[Says the surly, muffled voice under a tarp and a gaudy Italian flag.]

[Cliffjumper's just going to look away at that with a huff and then grimace.]

So it could be a flu-like virus! [If he intended to say something else, it's lost in a rather ugly vent-rattle and Cliffjumper has to actually concentrate on venting right.]

... Dunno if it does. [Tiredly, Cliffjumper drags a hand down his faceplates. His joints aches, and there's a pressure in the fuel lines in his throat.]

Tell me 'bout it. I wasn't plannin' on spendin' time being slaggin' sick! Human flu usually lasts a week? Uh... Seven days, but that's twenty four hours and that's shorter than here.

[He's going to be surly if he wants to, he's tired and aching and UGH.]

Shut up. [Right back atcha, Sideswipe. Cliffjumper grumbles, which ends up glitching his vocaliser into a burst of uneven static and he presses the heel of a hand against the front of his helm.]

And I've spent more than just a few years on Earth. You pick these things up, especially when we made the mistake of thinkin' the vehicles were the native population at first.

Makes ya wanna make sure you don't make too many more mistaken assumptions after that, ya know...

[The tarp rustles, and Sideswipe buries himself more deeply under it.]

[Have a grimace at that, but he's not quite immature enough to come up with a silly response.]

The knowledge of flu. Didn't get sick on Earth. Doubt that could even happen since human viruses aren't the same... surprised they nver tried to write one that'd be like a flu though.

Could see that happening... [He huffs and curls up, trying to keep as much of his warm ex-vent air and exhuded heat around him as possible.]

Do I look like a fraggin' medic or doctor to you? [Shifting his helm so he can glare into the feed, Cliffjumper grimaces.] Maybe it's different things just similar symptoms, maybe it's some slaggin' super virus how should I know!?

[Cliffjumper groans which quickly turns into his vocaliser going staticky.]

.... Nngh, yeah, I know I know. Frag it all... [He shifts where he's sitting curled up, grumbling.] ... sorry.

[But there's no heat to the words. Just general grump. He's suddenly too tired and cold to do more than complain right now.]

[Have a huff and what's basically the equivalent of a raspberry, because we're mature individuals here.]

... Hopefully this thing'll be over soon. [So grumpy and achy.]
