I seem to have made a slight... ah, miscalculation. [Meaning, he's lost. Jetfire's still obviously walking as he speaks, however. Shame on those who give up and all that.] I strongly recommend you don't go too far into the corridors of Liege Maximo's temple unless you're ready to get lost... or possess the resources to solve the fractal equation.

This is going to take a slight bit longer to solve than I had projected, and... mmm, probably necessary to account for the possibility a multifractal dimension to the algorithm used, and not just simple fractal dimension...

[Briefly, Jetfire's optics dim, and then bounce back to their normal brightness and he looks up into the recording again. There's a small smile on his lips.]

... It was a while ago I didn't account for the complexity of a task and didn't calculate the proper amount of time needed to solve it.

Considering it was a while since you probably engaged in this type of math, and you might have decided not to keep the particular programs, I'm merely pointing out that while I'd... er, appreciate the input...

It's merely a matter of increasing the dimensions of the algorithm and lessening the space of the navigation and mapping tools by several orders of magnitude.

Continually checking against the known outer dimensions of the temple, as well as taking into account its depth and its height should lessen any risk of a griveous miscalculation... Anything else shouldn't be too complicated to correct, though it will, obviously add to the time spent here.

It seems like it, though some time, patience and adjustment of my method should rectify said situation.

It is, though if you do find yourself inside its walls, you may want to keep in mind to keep close towards the edge; the fractals simply do not have the space and distance needed to become overly complex and thus confusing towards the outer walls.

As long as it does not take several deca-cycles, it can take the time it takes.

[Technically, even a few months, Earth-time wise wouldn't be a disaster... he had enough energon to easily survive that, if needed.]

Better to have it and never need to use it, rather than not. I'm uncertain whether the other temples would need warnings such as this one...

It does seem to imply they've each designed their temple as best fit them, and perhaps a greater pattern to Cybertron itself.

... That is, of course, harder to find any sort of proof of, other than what can be observed and extrapolated.
