Number II - When you're hot, you're hot... [Video]
[Axel's face appears on the screen, and even shadowed by the hood of his coat- which in itself is unusual, since he tends not to like the hood- he doesn't look too well. He also seems to be bundled up in a thick gray blanket. When he speaks, his voice sounds tired and hoarse, as if he'd been coughing a lot recently.]
Hey, everybody. Guess what? Turns out Nobodies aren't immune to this bug that's going around...
[He's forced to pause there, as he trails off into a coughing fit. He gives a faint groan when he manages to regain his breath, seeming to try and curl deeper into his coat and blanket.]
Dammit... [He sighs hoarsely.] Just... fair warning for anybody that might think of visiting.... don't touch me, OK? Unless you wanna burn your hand, that is. One of the fun side effects of being a fire-user with a fever, ya know...
[Another, briefer coughing fit interrupts him]
Hope everybody else is doin' better than me...

[Makes a noise that's half hoarse sigh, half groan.]
Maybe. Dunno if he coulda done anything more than the robot docs are doing already, though...

...I think food would be wasted on me at the moment. But extra blanket's good, as long as it's not too flamable. And long as you're careful... don't wanna burn you or give you this...
[He trails off into a coughing fit as if to demonstrate how much you do not want to catch this bug, Ven.]

[He flinches as Axel launches into a fit of coughs. Nooo, please be okay! He tucks his Link away so he can go and see to those blankets.]

[Axel is indeed there when Ven shows up, to no one's great surprise, though he more closely resembles a lumpy pile of gray fire blanket and black coat curled up on the bed at the moment, his distinctive hair hidden by his hood. When Ven got close, he'd probably be able to feel the heat coming off Axel, and notice some singe marks on the bedsheets. Axel was clearly not kidding about the potential for being burned.]

He knocks briefly before pushing open the door.]
It's me- I'm coming in. -whoa..!

[He's not really sure what to do in the case of someone being sick, and especially not with a frying Nobody. The boy looks awkwardly down at the blankets in his arms.]
Um, I brought you those blankets.

[Coughs a bit, careful to turn his head away just in case.]
Thanks... 'preciate it. Been awhile since people bothered to try and help me with stuff like this...

[Axel seems to have better experience with this than him, so Ventus is willing to trust his judgment on that.
He edges a little closer, easing out a couple bottles of water from the blanket stack he carries.]
I also brought you some water. Hopefully they don't melt or evaporate before you can make use of them.

[Axel slips a hand out from his fire blanket cocoon and takes one of the bottles of water. He unscrews the cap and takes a few sips sighing slightly before putting the lid back on and setting it near his pillow. Then its back to being a blanket cocoon.]
Sorry if I'm being kinda a pain... didn't expect to catch this stupid bug... [sigh]
[Action]
[Ventus offers a smile as he sets the other bottles nearby and then tosses the blankets over the Axel lump, one layer at a time.]
You just get better, okay?

That's the plan... You're not gonna get rid of me this easily...
[He chuckles slightly at that though it ends up in a cough. And with the blankets in place Axel proceeds to cocoon himself further, snuggling like a big, black cat. It's actually sort of cute, though you'd never get Axel to admit to being such.]

[He shakes his head a little as Axel starts coughing again, but his smile still manages to stay in place.]
I'll let you rest so you can get on that, then. If you need anything else, just call, okay?
