You could not have watched him to see if he was capable before deciding to handcuff him?

[Because in his experience, 'caution' is usually sidestepping in the ring until you can figure out how the other bot fights. Not clobbering him to keep him from hitting you first.]

Prism _said those were explosives Soundwave could feel something strange messing with his interiors and those couldn't be deactivated EVEN if am am not 100% sure of what those de-vi-ces do it's not a good idea to mess with them and get someone killed.

I tried to talking out of the idea he was not going to stop. Are you saying it woudl have been ^better if Gunmax got in the room and one of then ended dead?
