[It's probably around midnight or so when the post pops up. Or close enough to it that the effects of the red energon have finally worn off. He can touch things now. He's no longer a ghost.]

[And... still considerably unsettled and upset by recent events. Enough to make the following statement:]

I ... I want to learn how to be drunk.

[Because that seems like a great idea. It always worked for his role models around here, after all.]

Someone. Show me how. I'll be grateful.

[And that's all he says. He'll be at the bar, an unhappy pile of metal and wings. Waiting.]

It's generally not that hard. Select intoxicating beverage, drink, repeat until you can't see straight enough to do so any more. 'Fraid I can't make any beverage selections though; not really sure what robots get drunk with.

Though before you get to the point of dancing around with a lampshade on your head, tell me: who all else was involved in this so I can point them to the bar if I see them so they can tell you you're being an idiot?

Well, while wanting a drink is a totally understandable reaction after all the recent crazy, setting out to get drunk usually means one of two things; either you had a big fight with someone you cared about, or you think you screwed something up royally. Possibly both.

And since both of those circumstances tend to involve other people, I'd like to know who, so I can send them your way if I run into them. That way they can tell you how much of a dumb move this was while you're still too drunk to care, rather than later on, while you're hung over.

To be perfectly honest, you don't have any real reason to. Like you said, I don't know you, you don't know me; at least not yet. But for the record, I am trying to help.

And I didn't ask for the full story; just who to send your way, in case I run into them. After all, don't want your friends to worry that something more serious than inadvisable amounts of robot-booze happened to you if they find you passed out somewhere or something, after all.

Trust me; if I was gonna try and look after someone, it wouldn't be a giant robot. You wanna go out and get stupid drunk with your robot buddies, you can. You can deal with the consequences the next day too. I'm not too worried about it, frankly. You're a big bot; you'll live.

But the thing about friends? As much of a pain in the ass as it is sometimes, friends do worry about you. Not because they think you need looking after, but just because that's part of how friends work. Couple of kids a lot smarter than I am taught me that.

So you don't wanna tell me, I'm not gonna force you. Just figured you might wanna spare them a little worry later on. That's all.
