[Hello, Haven. Now appearing on your comms is a probably familiar form, though with a very unfamiliar paint job. Maybe Thundercracker or Starscream decided to try a new look?

Alright. I heard the story from the drone. Or Acolyte, or whatever the frag they're called. But can anybody out there tell me what the Pit is actually going on here? And why I've suddenly gained an extra, glowing brand that I don't recognize on my arm?

Because if this is all some kind of overly-elaborate joke or some Quintesson's latest idea on how to mess with us, someone is gonna get it...

What the Acolyte said is true. The only thing they may have left out is some of the strange events that happen around here from time to time.

I assume you are talking about the Unicron in your home universe? [Which she finds him being killed a bit impressive, since she knows how difficult it is to kill a god.]

The situation is far from ideal, but we have to make due with it.

I am going to have to agree with Ravage on this one. Very bright and almost obnoxiously loud.

If you think my paintjob looks like Thundercracker's, you need your optics checked.

[Or possibly something else. The way this cat-bot is talking makes him wonder if someone hadn't spiked the cassette's energon with something that morning.

And there's no slaggin' way that you could be Ravage. Ravage is black and gray and doesn't talk. [He hesitates to say 'can't talk' because who knew with Soundwave and his little spies?] And if he did talk, he'd at least make some fraggin' sense.

[He hesitates briefly before giving his name, but can't really think of any reason to withhold it.]

[Sigh] You obviously don't know much about Seekers, do you? If I did that, no one would recognize me. Not that most bother to remember anyway, but at least being 'the green one' makes me pretty distinctive. Even if it does get me mistaken for that pompus-aft Acid Storm.

What Seekers are to me happens to be very different than what they, apparently, are to you.

I just would like to think that we are all beyond factions now, considering our situation here. There's no war to play at here.

That said, you are in Cybertron as they said, now linked to a Firstforged and there's no getting rid of that brand,. Trust me, many of us tried.

What they told you is precisely what's going on, so we have a wide range of individuals from different realities, some that you may think you know because they look exactly like you remember them doing, and some you don't recognise at all.

So unless these... ah, quintessons have anything to do with chaos energy and... [SIGH] Unicron, they aren't involved.

Well, unless there's some other mech the size of a small planet flying around that would eat two of Cybertron's moons then try to rip the planet apart with his bare claws, I'd say yes. Definitely Unicron.

[He just kind of sighs at the description of the situation, grumbling.]

[He clearly sounds like he expects the reply to be at least somewhat insulting. Maybe some crack about how generic they are, or something...

He is distracted by the last bit however, looking surprised for a moment, before it fades into disbelieving annoyance.]

Hmph... There's always a war going on. That's kind of what Cybertronians do, ya know? 'Autobots waging their battle to destroy the evil forces of the Decepticons', or whatever current party line the humans are using is.

Fast ground bound vehicles that travel in units of three and serve under the Autobot's tyrannical leader.

I still emphasize the fact that Decepticon or Autobot really doesn't matter too much here.

You're all... actually serious, aren't you? About the alternate universes and this being some weird-aft version of ancient Cybertron and... everything.

Quite serious. It takes a little to get used to it, but I assure you that there are many that will be willing to assist you, providing that you don't seek to harm anyone.
