There should be multiple headquarters for our wee police force.

Yep. I was thinking that since it was an honest mistake and if Hal doesn't give a crap, we can submit Perceptor to community service. Keep that trigger happy finger under control with something more useful. Such as construction or the garden for the humans. Input?
