You are experiencing visual, possibly auditory hallucinations, triggered by what appears to be that drawing of yours. Your hand is fine; there are no mutations. Do not amputate your limb. Nothing is happening. Do you have help coming for you? If not, I can come offer my services. I'm not very skilled in psychology, but I can be there with you until someone more apt arrives. If there is anyone near or around you who can help, immediately go to them and explain the situation. Until help arrives, focus on a reality test - assuming you have one - to help bring you out of your hallucinations.
