Alright. Here is what I see: A female human, looking perhaps a bit unhealthy, though I believe that all falls in line with being caused by stress, all limbs, appendages and areas look as they should.

What I do not see are mutations, growths or anything that, as I understand the term used by humans, monster like in the least.
