[Video/Action; Originating from Vector Prime's temple] Pata-pata!
[UGH. That is not the audio function. Stupid new body.
Have you ever seen an angry Italian Ferrari robot? Well if you have, you probably haven't seen them in six-inch form. The Link opens up to show Mirage, and it's obvious to see that something about him has changed. Compared to everything else around him he seems...more petite. Not that it stops him. The bot is rather stubborn, and is making his way around Vector Prime's temple (at a snail's pace, mind you), hoping he could just voice-talk his way through this problem, get it solved and move on with his life.
However, luck is not on this guy's side today, so congrats everyone! You're looking at bitty!Mirage! And...he's not too happy, rattling off curse words in both Italian AND Cybertronian. That's not good language, mister )8<
On the front of his chestplate is the Cybertronian glyph for "Mirage". An...odd aesthetic.]
Dio mio...This is embarrassing...
[If Shockwave or Barricade see this--]
Ironhide. Anyone. I require some assistance.

[Action]
Curious about our language, huh? Like the language on your chassis right now?
[Action]
...Ah...Si.
[Action]
[Yes. That's clearly the strangest part of this whole thing, Barricade.]
Re: [Action]
Now that I recall. I seem to remember a number on the little one's chest. It was his name.
Perhaps it is just...coincidence?
[Action]
[Or a teeny tiny one, whatever.]
Guess I need to add this to the list I'm working on, then. Which still has no discernible cause.
[Action]
No connection...
[Action]
[Because Barricade can't figure it out.]
[Action]
[He was no scientist, that was a given. But he'd nodded off during Que's lectures once or twice.]
[Action]
[bb you are insulting the scientist in Barricade right now and it makes him sad.]
[Action]
[His wings flutter in a little 'pata pata' sound, looking away. OKAY SO HE FELL ASLEEP ALL THE TIME IN SCIENCE CLASS.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO RUB IT IN.]
[Action]
[Just gonna throw that out there.]
I get it; Defense Force and Science Division and never the two shall meet. You didn't find anything interestin' about science at all?
Re: [Action]
[He is not cute )<]
...Ah...if it was weapons, I became interested. I would visit Que often in his lab, although I did not quite understand his experiments.
[They often exploded anyway.]
[Action]
[You're welcome.]
Yes, well. Que and violent explosions. I doubt most of his experiments lasted very long.
And weapons are a very Ironhide branch of science t'be interested in.
[Action]
He doesn't want to be the cute one.]
They did not. Half hour at most.
[A beat.]
It was not firearms that attracted me like him.
[Action]
Barricade bends his thumb to absently rub the top of Mirage's head gently. Stop your attempts at metaphorically puffing up, they don't work on him.]
Mm, I suspect they wouldn't. You're more the bladed weapon type, aren't you? Swords and knives and the like.
[Action]
Si. I would rather be up close and personal.
[Action]
Not a bad choice, really, if you're fast enough to get into a bigger mech's space before they can get a clean shot at you. What I preferred t'do, during the war.
[Action]
It worked well with Sonar.
[Action]
Ah, Sonar. He was kind of a tool, anyway.
[Action]
You were not fond of him?
[Action]
Hardly had t'be; I didn't work with him much. But I would've taken Brawl's company over his, any cycle.
[Action]
[That head seems to tilt into that petting now, the click-whirr sounding again.]
[Action]
And you seem t'like me petting you.
[Which is why he's going to keep doing it.]
[Action]
Stronzate.
And perhaps I would believe you more if Brawl had not tried to destroy my comrades.
[Action]
Still listened to you talk about Que, as if he didn't build weapons to annihilate all the mechs I knew.
