[Visible to All][Posting from the Junk Pile]
This is McCrane.
[He is aware that there is some way in which to lock this to only his fellow Brave Police Officers, but he's not familiar enough with the settings yet to do this, so everyone can see it.]
One of the large inhabitants has informed me that we can take up residence with him.
Should we accept this offer?
I have yet to find any gasoline...
[As if now realizing that this might actually be useful if there are a number of viewers, he pauses, and changes tactics.]
Has anyone found anything that looks like this? [He holds up his one, single can of gasoline, hoping that the camera on his communicator can catch it.] It might become necessary.
[Considering they'll. Die. If they don't find a supply of it.]

But for now, I think we need to keep an eye out for some gas. The junk piles have a bunch of crap.

[The thought had crossed his mind for them to split up, but it had also been accompanied by a great sense of unease. They did not know this terrain.]
We could stay at the junkyard, and continue searching. It would conserve what we have.
no subject
[That and... honestly, he doesn't think it'd be good for Deckerd, either.]

I found one container of gasoline and I've saved it. We can split it between the three of us, but we should be cautious and use our energy wisely.
If any one of us finds out anything, we should keep each other informed.
no subject
[Because the idea of safety? Its a good one. But the idea of leaving behind the only place that might have gas? That is a little unnerving.]
Deckerd... [He begins, and simply trails off, and nods. Your gesture of kindness is a touch of home that he is glad to see, and he...doesn't really have words to relate that. He doesn't have words, but he does have some statistics for you instead?] Gunmax had a few. I have one.
We could stay behind, until we find more?
no subject
We need to find out.
And I'm going to say no- we need to be sticking together. I'll stay behind with you two. If you feel that we need to have a bit more stockpiled I trust your judgement. We can look for a while, but if we don't turn up many results it could be even more of a waste, we should get to shelter, get settled and regroup.

[Korra peeks in curiously.]
You guys are looking for gasoline?
[She tilts her head.]
Are you guys Cybertronian, or Earth robots like Gunmax?
no subject
Yes, that is correct. Have you seen any?
[It takes him a moment to realize how smoothly the language translation is working on this new communicator, because he's aware you're not speaking Japanese, but it sounds like it to him. It's incredible.]
Gunmax and I, and also Deckerd...are all members of the Brave Police. We are not Cybertronian.
[And...just...in case...]
We're from Japan.
no subject
Actually, have you guys seen any water? [OOC: Another type of 'fuel' human Korra desperately needs to survive.]
Gunmax mentioned Japan. I'm not familiar with it, there's no Japan on my earth.
...So, what is Japan like?

[Wait, what? Robots powered on gasoline? But they only used gasoline...on...?]
You're from Earth?
[video] Why hello there robot
[Oh, that was a relief!]
...
[Though now that he's studying you, its...less of a relief. If his experience with other robots on the junk pile was any indication, you are definitely Cybertronian. In fact...]
...
[That sword.]
...
[For that matter, that dripping.]
...
[He doesn't know where to begin, so you only get the first question for right now.]
[Yeah, maybe don't answer who won, because that's when things start getting really blurry.]
It's beautiful, Earth. But I'm glad we left.

Luxord. [He smiles, a little. Seeing you and being able to understand you? It's somewhat of a relief. However, business first. Later, he can ask you how you disappeared.]
Who did you follow?

Trion, he calls himself, Alpha Trion. I think we'll get along...

Is there a problem with gasoline?

In the event I happen to locate such a primitive fuel, I'll let you know. You would of course be expected to take care of the finders fee.
[Private Audio]
The going rate was 215 yen per gallon when I left... [Ah, gas prices in the 1990s.]
I would be willing to exchange for the equivalent.
