 [Recent events had perked Kay up quite a bit. In fact, it was almost like the Pages event had never happened.  I guess when you're a teenage girl, you tend to forget things like that easily. After all, you're not quite to the age where life hits you too hard. Either way, she's back to her ordinary, chipper self.  She'd been making frequent trips to the junkpile, finding all sorts of knick-knacks.  Some were far too bizarre for her to put in her room...actually, it cluttered it up pretty bad.

So what was she going to do with them?

Well, throughout the day, you could find her in various parts of Haven, tugging along a wagon and doing what looks like...lawn decoration?  Hey, the Acolytes said that it was their job to help build Cybertron, right? Well, if putting pink flamingos next to the lakes of the Trionic temple and strings of paper lanterns along Vector's, then so be it. It was what she could do.

Cybertron could use a little decoration, after all.

Wherever you happen to be, you might notice the girl putting up something like this. You can ignore her, whatever she's doing is probably really stupid.]

[She notices that flicker of a smile, but...doesn't mention anything. If she says something it'll ruin the moment.]

[She continues to bat that Chinese lantern around like a tetherball, eyes practically glittering at seeing Kagerou in such a good mood.]

Yep. He's a bit grumpy, but you'd like him.

I think it's just how he is. It's his way of showing he cares.

[Kay...it's just because he's a mature adult.]

I don't have many friends back home, it'd be nice to have more.

I don't know. But... one of the Firstforged said they could send me back to another time. Maybe they can keep us together.

[As much as she likes back home...there's not a lot there for her. In fact, she was just about to start her life anew when she left Edgeworth's office. Her father's death was solved too, so she wouldn't mind sticking by him.]

[If he's going to go back with the others -- all of the others -- then he'd like to have her there too. Someone else to rely on.]

I think he would. He's... different than I am. He was always more social... you'd like him, too.

Peanut Butter and Jelly! It's a food we have here. You can't have one without the other. It's just weird.

Well, unless you're a dog or a squirrel. Then maybe you like peanut butter on it's own.

It's just two things that always go together! Dad always packed my lunch with those sandwiches. Peanut Butter dries your mouth out on it's own and jelly is all mushy without the peanut butter.
