[voice] location--in motion
[Drift may seem to be in a strangely upbeat mood. Because this? This he can do. He's spent more of his life in a battlefield than anywhere else, and more time in the field than some of his new friends have been alive.]
[In other words, he knows this.]
[The post is voice because he's busy doing his thing. And he doesn't want to take a break or risk traumatizing the weak of spark with what is likely very, very messy stuff.]
We need to coordinate air support. Spotters, at least, to tell us the pattern: where and what we're facing.
You don't have to engage; just spot and report.
[Not really locked to Wing.] ...try to be safe. Don't do anything stupid. [A pause.] That's my job.
[Not really locked to Wheeljack] You ever get those grenades ready?
[Not really locked to Annie.] Where are you?
[Not really locked to Noisy Boy.] These, uh, these don't fight fair. Might want to sit this one out.
((ooc: comm responses and action spam welcome))

[Ey Wheeljack~ Blurr smirks.]Let's make some noise.

It's up to you. But bring them through there.
[He bumps Wheeljack's back, indicating the same gap.] Work for you?
no subject
A little too well. Think we could rig the place?
[He's got some grenades and isn't afraid to use em.]
no subject
I will give you enough time to get ready and set the bombs before I bring the party to you. Take care.
[Time to go find some sharticons and other nasty monsters, feel free to talk while he is gone. Blurr will reply in a bit.]
Bweh now reposted in RIGHT PLACE \o/
If nothing else, they'd have to bottle up here. We could take them one by one while Blurr got a break.
[Because Blurr occasionally does take breaks, right?]
no subject
We better get in position, then. Don't want to be late for the party. If things get messy, you know what to do.
[He puts a grenade in Drift's hands, heading for the area that the Wrecker showed him.]
no subject
[It doesn't take too long. The latest wave of sharkticon things is thinning out a bit. Maybe they've gotten a clue? Finally? ]
[He wedges the grenade above one of his hip sheaths so he can grab it quickly. Right now, he's still going with two swords/two hands. It's kind of a thing with him. ]
Just about ready, Blurr. Let us know when you're coming.
no subject
His optics narrow when they reach the area, twirling his other sword idly.]
Our boy should be comin' up any moment now...
[And he was ready for the fanclub that would follow. His spark was practically aflutter with excitement!]
no subject
Ihopeyouarenottiredyet.
no subject
Tired? Not even warmed up.
[He looks over at Wheeljack: you want to start this dance? Your grenades, after all. It's the polite thing to offer.]
no subject
[Wheeljack looks almost flattered at the offer of going first, giving a smirk and waiting for Blurr to pass. As soon as that speeding bullet gets through them, the fight is on.]
Let's save our grenades for the queen.
no subject
I..will..take care of any of those ...who manage to survive pass you two..if that happens....which I doubt..... [He shows them the chainsaw in his right arm. Blurr got his own set of blades, even if he rarely uses it.]
no subject
[He sweeps in with one blade, skewering the first sharkticon neatly in the head, spinnning to sweep his other blade at another's legs.]
no subject
His wings slightly twitch in excitement as more keep coming.]
no subject
He's not as strong as his new teammates, he's very aware of his weakness, so he's using his speed to confuse the sharkticons and make them attack each other when they try to bite him.]
no subject
[What Drift lacked in style, he made up for in speed and the cunning of a mech who's been fighting for four million years: he slices one leg off one creature, following through with a kick that sends it tumbling backwards into the mass of the attackers.]
Anyone want to call dibs on the big one?
[Because, just saying, Wheeljack, that one looks like it could use a tasty grenade bonbon.]
no subject
Think we can get her to open wide?
[He tosses a grenade up and down, sizing up the 'mom'.]
She's lookin' a bit hungry.
no subject
Drift, launch me. [He says as he dashes towards Drift.]
no subject
Got it.
[He waits for Blurr's lead, to see which side the racer is going to approach from, coiling his frame to get underneath him, and throwing his weight toward Blurr's forward momentum.]
Ready, Wheeljack?
[It's time to see if your pitching arm's as good as your swordarm.
why does this suddenly sound kinky?]no subject
Meanwhile, he readied the grenade that was attached at his hip.]
Ready as ever.
[He's definitely okay in the muscle department. Lobbing helps.
It's typical for Wreckers]no subject
The trick seemed to work as the beast's head turned to Blurr. After a few seconds, he changed into his alt mode in mid air, flashing his headlights to take the monster off guard before the change of weight distribution in this new form made him fall down. The monster moved its head backwards slightly and roared, opening its mouth.]
no subject
[He keeps one optic on the larger beast. He doesn't expect Wheeljack to miss; he's just trying to calculate how big the shrapnel blast will be and to try to swoop in and snatch Blurr if he needs to. ]
[It wouldn't be the first time he flying-tackled Blurr, after all.]
All you, Wheeljack.
no subject
One grenade, one shot.]
Open wide, fella.
[His toss was powerful, and it arched up above the other two Autobots and straight into the creatures mouth. There was no telling when it was going to go off, but Jackie was going to make sure the others got out.]
Alright boys, we got maybe fifteen seconds.
[Nothing like cutting it close.]
no subject
Fifteensecondsisaneternity. [For him at least.]We will be alright.
no subject
[This is why he likes fighting.]
Clearing.
[As much as he wants to stay and watch the fireworks, he figures he can watch them from his rearview mirror just as well. He throws himself backwards, letting his feet kick at a lunging sharkticon as he transforms, racing away.]
