[Video] Backdated to within a few hours of the initial wave of monsters

[ Ratchet looks worn and a bit beaten about when he makes his call on the Link. He'd been caught by one of the Sharkticons before escaping back to the temple, and there's still smudges of energon glinting in the crevices of his helm and chevron that he missed when wiping his face off. Still, there's a spark in his eyes -- he may not be at the front of the fighting, but he's certainly not out of action. ]

Given this absolutely ridiculous influx of creatures, I'm going to remind you all that I'm a medic and that I know what I'm doing. If you get into a scrap, don't waste time being a hero and limping around with your innards hanging out -- come here and I'll fix you.

[ His eyes narrow. ]

But don't be an idiot either. If I find out that any of you have blown yourself up because you used too many grenades, I'm going to come after you and weld your hands to your skull.

[ The glare he's directing at the comm could kill a mech at twenty paces. ]

Wheeljack, this means you.

Maybe you should stay in the temple. It's like Prime said, a medic's more needed in the medical bay than on the field.

I do not think Wheeljack would be that incapable. Also, welding his hands to his skull would prevent him from fighting the creatures.

Hmm, I suppose. I'll definitely be staying at the temple for the time being... but if there are wounded out there who need medical attention later, when there are fewer creatures to worry about, I can't justify staying here in protection when they need my aid.

... and I promise not to weld Wheeljack's hands to his skull unless he is that incapable, and only after the creatures are gone. Fair?

[ A bit of a smirk, because call him sentimental, but he's reminded of talking to sparklings when he speaks with Noisy Boy. It's something about the straightforward manner of thinking and lack of consonants that does it. ]

When it comes to value, I rarely just 'suppose'. While I cannot condone a trained mechanic entering an active fight, I cannot stop them from doing so. Just be careful.

This is an acceptable compromise. Be advised that the use of a welder in this manner might lead to Wheeljack incidentally violating WRB rules.

[Beyond the whole. Non-regulation height thing. He just thought he should warn Ratchet about potential violations anyway since that's what he does. That, and Ratchet has missed Noisy Boy's disapproval of things so far.]
