It's nice to know you're not nearly as closed off as I had imagined, in regards to welcoming and treating those of... different factions. [He's worked with Pharma too long.] Though I also offer medical treatment to anyone as well. ... Well, maybe not everyone. [Overlord is kind of on the "ehhhhhhh" list there.]

To my knowledge, there is another Ratchet, but I've never really spoken or worked with them before, so I'm not sure how reliable or experienced they are. If they are anything like the Ratchet from our world, then they should be rather skilled.

There's also the former Decepticon, Barricade. Seems well enough, though apparently prefers working alone.
