To my knowledge, there is another Ratchet, but I've never really spoken or worked with them before, so I'm not sure how reliable or experienced they are. If they are anything like the Ratchet from our world, then they should be rather skilled.

There's also the former Decepticon, Barricade. Seems well enough, though apparently prefers working alone.
