I am always busy, but I am able to tell. To summarize, the Tyrest Accord is an appendix of the Autobot Code that was made in order to enforce the law of both Decepticon and Autobot, to ensure that our technology does not fall into the hands of alien species. This means I would arrest many of both factions, more typically the Decepticons.
