[Audio/Action][Location Encrypted]
[After being given the introductory explanation, Shockwave had found himself a stable corner within the temple to stand in. The damage to his only optical sensor reduced his vision was to mostly darkness. There were a few vague, shimmering shapes to guide him, but the act of acclimating to these new surroundings were still a rather ungraceful affair altogether. Had the comm not been a mostly internal upgrade, making any sort of call would have been a lot more complicated.]
[The audio feed clicks on to the sound of sparks occasionally spurting from the damaged part. But soon enough, a new voice disinterestedly drones through:]
This Cybertron does not yet carry the burden of civil war.
[The thought is given one or two seconds of attentive silence before he moves to the more prudent topic:]
Is there a medic?
(ooc: anyone in Liege Maximo's temple can feel free to find him and use this ample opportunity to poke fun at his misfortune.)
(edit: WHOOPS I accidentally put video first.)

It was a bit of a surprise to find someone standing in a corner all in all. Someone... Jetfire frowns, considering it, but in the end it wasn't exactly hard, different design aesthetic or no. He doesn't get much closer than he already is, though, a bit down the corridor.]
... Shockwave?
[The question isn't because he can't see this is some version of Shockwave, but rather... why is the mech just in the corner like that?]
[action]
[A little closer inspection should reveal the problem, his optic was completely dark save an occasional spark here and there from somewhere in it's interior - a view so graciously given by an accurate hole that was punched through it's surface.]
[Hearing an unrecognizable someone approach was enough to bring just the slightest bit of an edge in his posture, but his tone remained calm.]
Identify yourself.
[action]
Jetfire. I'm standing about fifty feet from your location.
[Jetfire's voice even as there's no reason to get agitated when the situation so far is... collected.]
[action]
I do not recognize you.
[But you seem to know him enough to want to investigate. Care to explain?]
[action]
Curious. We mostly do always seem to have alternates in all realities so far... And you are rather distinctive, Shockwave. Differences in design and frame or not, it wasn't too hard to recognize you.
[Especially as he hasn't just fought against the Shockwave of his reality, but worked alongside the mech. For around a million years, give or take.]
[action]
We have never met, assuming you exist in my reality.
[He couldn't really safely gauge much about Jetfire when all he has to work with was a voice. Under more normal circumstances he would have relied on his vision to make a more detailed observation.]
[action]
[Factions and whatnot, ahem.]
Perhaps, ah... Any further comparisons should wait for later. [Jetfire looks Shockwave over, easily noting the injured optics.]
I am not sure there are any medics aligned to Liege Maximo... But, we could find a room to situate you in until a medic could, ah... come and look you over?
[action]
Where is it located?
[Actually reaching said room may be a bit complicated without some sort of guidance. What little visual information still managed to be process was too riddled with artifacts to be of any use.]
[action]
[Honestly, he could probably rather easily take Shockwave to the medbay at Solus' temple, but that seemed to be a lot to ask in way of trust... and trusting. It would be safer, and simper, to have a medic come here.]
If you need help...
[Trailing off, Jetfire tilted his helm, considering Shockwave again. It was slightly hard to tell how much vision he had available, and what other sensory equipment Shockwave could use to find his way.]
[action]
Are the medics equipped to perform the repair outside a med bay?
[Better ask this question before deciding how he'll be stepping his foot outside this corner. He could be looked at here without the risk of getting lost.]
[action]
Normally I'd say yes, but considering the dearth of resources here, I'm hesitant to confirm it. On the other hand, an optic injury wouldn't require large tools, so it's entirely possible... Basically, you'd need to talk with one of the medics.
If they can't, someone would probably offer to get here, or you could be guided over to Solus' temple, or the recreation center, which both have a location for medics, though Solus Prime's temple has a proper medbay.
[action]
[There's a shallow pause afterwards as he considers his different options, now that he held more useful information.]
Which location is closer? What is the distance between them?
[If anything, he could form a rough mental image of what his surroundings are like.]
[action]
[Jetfire shakes his helm. Pretty damn far away, Shockwave.]
To get you somewhere to sit down and have a limited space until your optic is repaired, we could just get the closest room and you could find a more suitable one later.
[action]
[But fair enough, it seems Jetfire's suggestion is the only option he really has, save for sitting here and waiting for something to happen. That may not be the best option considering it's rather exposed, and especially without knowing how long until a medic will contact him.]
Then I will go with you.
[Just give him an elbow or shoulder or something to hold. Unless he has some other way in mind.]
[action]
We do have a few medics available, fortunately, so it should not be too long until someone responds, and if not, I... ah, could perhaps go and look for one later.
[Jetfire talks while approaching, partly to give an idea of the distance between them, and partly to respond to any potential inquiry, and when close enough he simply reaches out with a hand and brushes it close to Shockwave's.
An offer to take it, simply. Though it's admittedly odd to be this close to a version of Shockwave again.]
[action] oh god i am the worst backtagger i am sorry
[When the hand brushes by, his attention is directed to it. There's a bit of a pause, but he takes the offer in the end, enclosing the claw-like fingers around what had been presented to him.]
[He doesn't have much of a choice aside from trusting you, Jetfire. He'll follow your lead.]
[action] It is okay~
[The claw-like fingers are odd, honestly; the Shockwave he knows has a full, "regular" hand. But Jetfire makes no outward note, physical or otherwise, of his surprise and merely makes sure to walk at a predictable pace.]
[At least Shockwave doesn't need to trust Jetfire for long, however, as it only takes them a few minutes until Jetfire stops again. There's only been a single right-hand turn since they started walking.]
There's a door right in front of you. It's the closest actual room from your original location. It might do for now?
[action] :3 <3
[Shockwave has little trouble trailing behind him at the pace he goes at, not bothering to bring up conversation until they reach the room.]
[The hand lets go and reaches ahead to carefully land on the surface of the door, taking a few seconds to re-orient himself.]
Yes, this is sufficient.
[action] c:
Ah, good. If you get no other help, you can... always call me and I'll either get a medic, or get you to the closest one.
[Not that he won't help if not needed, but presently this seems... easier.]
