I know that some of your are more than a little worried about our last newcomer, Tarn. I am also aware that those concerns are more than justified.

If you think you need some protection or that you might be in danger, feel free to contact me directly or any member of the Police Force. We will take care of the issue and protect you to the best of our abilities. And no, it doesn't matter what faction you are, were, or may decide to be in the possible future.

That said, I'm trying to use the stassis cuff technology from my world to build a stasis container. Jetfire, Perceptor, or anybody who's used to engineering, could you help me with that? Any help would be appreciated.

When you put the cuffs on a mechanical organism they are unable to move or transforms.

The person can still talk, though, which is a problem because I've been told Tarn has the ability to damage sparks using his voice. That's why we need a whole container. It doesn't affect humans, though.

Hello Miss Saber, it's nice to talk with you again. [He's smiling too, even if she can't see him.] yes, of course. I've been informed that Tard is the leader of the DJD, the Decepticon Justice Division, an organism that hunts down Decepticons that (according to them) have lost their path, wronged them in some way or changed sides. Once they found those mech the DJD tortures them merciless and kills them.

[He's trying to explain as well as he can, but he's avoiding the gruesome details.] Tarn already threatened some of the mechs here and he's a danger that needs to be keep and eye on.

He's a really powerful individual and he has some unusual abilities that affect only my kind, humans and other sort of organics are spared frorm those at least.

No matter what you do in the end, I'll respect your opinion, and please keep in mind that this can be a life threatening situation.

I admit this isn't my area of expertise... [He'd dabbled or dived deeper within several fields but the only reason, say, he'd been able to do the vehicles? Was because of his knowledge in frame modifications, and this sort of engineering wasn't really the same.]

I would still look it over, most certainly, but if Perceptor... and whoever else might be capable, would add their input, that would be useful.

[He still had some knowledge, which was why he'd been interested in Megatron's portal project as well.]

Yes he did and I should have taken that into consideration. I just didn't thought he would like to be involved with tarn.

I should be able to look over anything half-done at the least; I'm pretty proficient in seeing patterns and deviations where there ought to be none.

[Since seeing patterns and correlations was how he'd figured out the conflicts during part of the Border Wars were all orchestrated by a "third" party.]

Depending on the situation, it might be difficult to convince him, but if he would, in any way, be threatened himself by Tarn's precense, he'd certainly be inclined to agree.
