Of most immediate concern is that Vandal's gone missing. Her trailer is damaged and it looks like foul play of some variety. Current investigations haven't turned up much.

Second point of concern is a mech from our universe named Tarn of the DJD. He is glyphed. He's already made several veiled threats to "Decepticons who have transgressed" and named Ambulon directly. There are several efforts in the works to try to provide protection to those that need it and attempt to neutralize his capabilities. [He seems none too happy about this for various reasons.]

Vector Prime suffered a defeat in battle versus that dark herald of Unicron. He lives. [And is likely being seen to by his fellows, but Wing lacks this information.]

We have several new glyphed individuals. A few humans, one of them a doctor, and two organic alien species I don't recognize. We also have another new Megatron, as Megatrons go, he's stirred up less of a fuss than one might expect. There's been one or two unglyphed individuals displaying strange behavior so far, but nothing extreme yet--that I'm aware of at any rate--and no deaths.

[He's certain to have left out some small things, but those are major points...]

[He frowns.] About two weeks ago... Drift made the discovery and then turned it over to Kagerou. We've ruled out the Badlands and an organic assailant so far. The clues are few and far between though. We think maybe...Prism. But no real evidence yet.

[He nods, but he can't hide the worry.] Is Tarn really that dangerous? I...don't know a whole lot about him.

No, the herald's disappeared again. But he seems to corrupt the very space around him after a while. Finding him wouldn't be hard, but... I watched the battle Ultra Magnus. It'd take an army of us. I think the Firstforged have to deal with this one enmasse.

[He seems a bit startled and dismayed at the news regarding Perceptor.] Oh! I hadn't heard. He's okay, I hope? Ironfist had some complaints about feeling strangely.

[He cocks his head to the side, a touch distracted. Curiosity is a THING Wing has...]

...He is. Though admittedly he is more dangerous with the rest of his division with him, Tarn on his own is still someone to be concerned with. I would not underestimate him. He will be after all Decepticon traitors and deserters.

[He makes a face, it's...not a good one.] Motivation? I'd say so, in that the AI seems to be bent on fulfilling a directive it was given ages ago to test subjects for some ongoing experiment, but it's programming is so corrupted I doubt it's still within the original parameters.

Prism had been doing "population sampling", that's why he attacked Soundwave, Drift and Kagerou. But he can't lure victims away anymore with innocent requests for help.

[It makes an absurd amount of sense now that he thinks about it.]

Well, that is something at least. That he's alone. Do we need to organize protection for anyone targeted that wants it? Drift wants to be proactive about neutralizing him, because he'll only breed fear in the populace. I can't say I disagree, but we need a plan.

[He shakes his head.] Unless someone more science minded can find a better way... [Whatever Ramjet actually IS is way beyond Wing.]

I'm...not sure about Ironfist. He was trying to seclude himself last I heard. I need to check in with him. Tarn...created quite a ruckus with his arrival. On top of Megatron's plans...

[He looks a little sheepish suddenly. Seriously it's like the month of insanity or something. What even?]

So we don't know if he had a personal vendetta against Vandal, although that may not even matter. An insane AI with no preventative protocols. Do we know if ever disappeared into the Badlands?

We should be proactive about it. If you are interested in protecting those who could be a target, I will take you under consideration. Though I imagine that you'll want to keep an optic on Drift. Regardless, it would... [He sighs a little.] It would not be lawful to strike against him now when he has not broken a law on this planet yet. We can plan, but we can't take action until he does.

Ironfist. [Ultra Magnus looks like a mix of concerned and thoughtful until his helm is mentioned.

He touches his helm, then looks alarmed.] Rodimus, you-- [Ugh, he needs to get that taken care of.] ...Thank you, Wing.

I doubt it was personal, except perhaps from a behavioral experiment standpoint. When Prism threatened those it had assaulted with threats of implanted bombs the AI seemed to take great...interest in the panic and anger that followed. I...would hope that we'd hear word if that were the case though.

I am, absolutely. Of course I want to look out for Drift, but everyone deserves protection and there may be some less capable than Drift. [Wing looks decidedly torn. But even his moral compass says Tarn should transgress first before being punished here.] No, I...suppose not. But. Can we bait him out into the open? So he strikes in a controlled fashion?

[Wing can't help it, his mouth twitches a little in a playful smirk. He tries to politely hide it though.] You're quite welcome. ... He's got quite the grip it seems.

[He's just guessing Magnus, he can't help that he has an incredibly vivid imagination.]

So it's hard to tell, regardless. Hm.

Some are less capable of protecting themselves, but Drift is not... skilled at following orders when I tell him to stand down. I want to make sure he will if Tarn challenges him in any sort of way. The only reason he should fight Tarn if it's purely out of self defense and not out of impulsive behavior.

You're asking if I should taunt a sociopath into the open so I'd have a reason to arrest or attack him.

[Er. Awkward. Magnus clears his throat.] He's... anyway. That isn't important.

I--yes. It's motivations don't really match a proper AI's nor a normal sapient person's so... [How do you even classify that? That's what Wing's shrug says anyway.]

He will if I insist it of him. [Wing says that with utter certainty.] But I will only do so if absolutely necessary. Since I'd rather not have to, find a better way to direct his energy would be good. He fights fear with action Magnus, and I don't blame him much for it.

Well. Yes. [It's like one of those undercover sting operations from holovids.] Or perhaps not taunt so much as...set a trap for him. If it's inevitable that he attacks someone, why not control how and when he does it?

Not to this conversation it isn't. [His tone isn't snide, if anything it's the opposite, polite and gentle, paying respect to the notion while politely disengaging from it as none of his business.]
