I haven't really met any Cybertronians that know a lot about Earth, especially enough to recognize indigenous lifeforms from it.

I was unfortunately stuck there for awhile. It's hard not to know anything about the planet.

It's a penguin, an animal from Earth.

It's the ^{first time}I see one. It doesn't look very organic, though.

This is just a mechanical facsimile. It's very good though; it moves much like a real penguin would.

Can it think on it's own?

I'm actually not really sure. It hasn't really done much beyond follow me around, and it can't speak, so if it can it can't tell me itself.
