Aw right! So, I know, we're kind of stuck in a place with, you know. Hardly anythin'. Not goin' home. Not gonna lie, that can totally bring you down!

And sure, there's a bunch of work to do, but... we gotta pass the time!

So, I've been goin' through some of the junkpile in my spare time. There's a couple of things we can totally go ahead an' do and keep us occupied. I got some instruments if you dudes wanna learn how to play. And board games! Some cards. Stuff like that!

I mean, don't get me wrong -- I totally gathered as much food as I can for our fleshy dudes. I remember that humans don't seem to like, uh, canned green beans? But I totally have that, sorry. And peaches and ramen and soup and ravioli and yeah! All kinds of stuff. I'll, like, start a stash or somethin'.

Yeah! Lemme know if you guys need food or if you guys want somethin' to do to keep yerselves busy.

Well! I meant. Face to face?

[He sends out some... very mangled coordinates. He's not really good at doing this on a device, on a strange world, yet.]

[DRIVING ALONG, LOOKIN' FOR A NINJA]

[He's totally up on a ledge somewhere, ~~building a nest~~ brooding.]

[Ah! There he is.

Soundwave transforms into his robot mode, holding up his hand and waving excitedly.]

YOOO! Kagerou! It's me, dude! C'mon down, I can't fly!

[It's pretty hard to misidentify that voice.]

[He tilts his head, but steps off the ledge. Hey, he's got wings, he can land okay.]

[BAM. Ninja robot on the ground.]

[BULLRUSHED. He's hugging you, Kagerou.]

I'm really really really sorry that you weren't really raised by anyone!

I'll, like, teach you fun things and stuff, okay?!

[OH ROBOT GOD WHAT.]

[He. Struggles, flails. He wasn't sure what he was expecting -- this is. Totally unprecedented. But he is a seventeen feet tall and made of limbs. He's not getting anywhere with the struggling.]

I--! What! What are you-!

[... oh.]

[He's not being captured. He's just. Being held?]

I... why are you... sorry?

[He leans in and just. Cuddles him, because it's one of the things he feels like he can do for Kagerou right now.]

It's called a hug, dude.

Well... it just. It sounds like you haven't been taught many things. You could learn more. More good things.

[WELL THAT'S... entirely new.]

[He just. Wiggles some more. He really has no idea what he's supposed to do.]

Good things? What... What are you doing now?

Well, uh. It's a hug. You put your arms around someone you like so you can comfort them or show them that you care.

Um. Cuddling?

[BLANK. STARE.]

It's like... hugging, but with a little more movement? Uh. Um.

I'm gonna... just get you a dictionary sometime.

[He gently lets go of the ninja.]

So. Anyway... I'd, uh. Like to try to teach you more stuff, if you want!

[And... the ninja staggers.]

Why teach you? Well... I think it's just terrible that no one really taught you be anything else! You have a lot of room to grow, Kagerou. I wanna help you 'cuz we're friends.

There... There wasn't a reason to. I was designed as a prototype. When... my work was finished, they had no need of me.
