I didn't do ANYTHING much.

This delusional Autobot is punishing me for crimes I DID NOT commit. He's sore that he lost an arm to a figment of his imagination that happened to be shaped like me. Apparently. While I can understand why he'd have a deeply ingrained fear of a commanding Decepticon officer... I'VE NEVER MET HIM.
