[The video starts with a blurry, dark, shaky shape and the sound of Blurr droning on rapid fire about ... something. It's hard to make out over the frustrated, agonized crying of:]

[When the video finally settles down and autofocus is able to kick in... you're all treated to the beautiful view of Starscream with his eyes screwed shut beating the heels of his palms against his own skull. Also a prison cell.]

Two questions. [Uh oh, Starscream's voice is doing that thing where he starts to sound cold... which is a very different type of angry than his average pissy style.]

First: why aren't you reporting to your PROPER Shockwave?

[As little as he likes Shockwave, he likes the soldiers working for the wrong team ever more.]

Because the other one was here first and offered to expand my combat training.
Also because I hadn't realized ours was here until you broke into his... cave. And started saying you built his space bridge.

[That and their Shockwave had never seemed to notice him so Fracas decided to just stick with the one that picked him up first.]

Not really, no. I was hired for a specific job, which was not 'relocation' so I'm not qualified to transfer anyone anywhere. Myself included. I would have to find someone that works in job relocation and have them draw up the paperwork, which would then have to be signed off on by you and the big Shockwave, since I don't work for ours.

... Of course, Shockwave might decide to feed the paperwork to the Driller and you'd have to start over. Or speak with him personally.

You were taken on as a Decepticon, and as such, you will follow the proper chain of command and I-- what, no, I'm talking about our Shockwave. The superior officer you default to working under when no other is present.

Don't tell me you still don't know how your military hierarchy functions. You've been online, how long?

I have been working for the other Shockwave because there was no other commander I knew, until you arrived and Shockwave's presence was revealed. In this matter, I am not sure of his own Decepticons' customs and so I have to revert to ours.

Which is paperwork. You may not see much of it but the rest of us do. Shockwave hasn't asked his alternate to return me to him so me being released from service hasn't come up.

If you'd just said : yeah okay, Starscream wouldn't have made a big deal but now he feels challenged

As you are familiar with our customs, you should be familiar with my rank. Given that I am YOUR highest ranking commander, and the second highest ranking INDIVIDUAL in our ENTIRE ARMY, you should understand the gravity of my next words:

FORGET THE PAPERWORK and report to OUR Shockwave immediately or be branded a traitor and prepare to be charged with treason.

Charged with treason in what court? Also, do you have the documents to make that action official?

They were filled out for you, and at the time I came from they are still in effect. Actually, I would be required to take you to the nearest officer to have you tried for treason.
