[The video starts with a blurry, dark, shaky shape and the sound of Blurr droning on rapid fire about ... something. It's hard to make out over the frustrated, agonized crying of:]

SHUT UP. SHUT UP. SHUT UP ALREADY!

SHUTUPSHUTUPSHUTUPSHUTUPSHUTUPSHUTUPSHUTUPSHUTUPSHUTUPSHUTUPSHUTUPSHUTUP....

[When the video finally settles down and autofocus is able to kick in... you're all treated to the beautiful view of Starscream with his eyes screwed shut beating the heels of his palms against his own skull. Also a prison cell.]

[Part of him wants to continue taunting the mech - comes with the territory when you've been trined to one for so long you've seen all the ups and downs, the times when things truly were unfair (those /DO/ happen!) and the times they were TOTALLY asked for regardless of what Stars says. But . . . he /is/ an office of the police force, so even though part of him wants to say "yeah, but it's just a Starscream", he'll be a better mech than that and take him (mostly) seriously.]

Which two Autobots? And what are the reasons they're claiming?

The two of them continue to spout nonsense about my supposed "murder" attempt of some worthless fleshling. Apparently I was going to squish the thing. Hah! Hardly.

If I wanted the little vermin dead, I would have done a quick job of skewering it.

...had you had any intention to before they arrived? And . . . you might want to be more mindful. The fleshlings here aren't seen as worthless. They're intelligent, resilient, and are taken by many has having just as much importance as Cybertronians.

[He knows better than to admit that he thinks any such thing himself . . . much less that he considers a few as friends. Nope, he's just talking in terms of the First-forged and the numerous Autobots . . . and the human-built robots like McCrane, and of course, the organics themselves. But not him, nope.]

[He huffs a sigh – he can't even be annoyed at that.  He can't say he doesn't expect it – actually, he's surprised he hasn't been getting MORE guff from people.]

No, Starscream.  But I am on the police force myself.  [Shifts to show the badge on his other shoulder from the one that bears his Glyph.]  If nothing else, I can help make sure any Decepticons who are arrested – like you – are treated right by the Autobots on the force.  But to keep the position, I do have to play by their rules.  [There's more than that, of course, but his bored tone doesn't give that away.]

I'll talk to Blurr about getting you released, since it sounds like you've not actually done anything wrong.  [He is, of course, reserving any opinion on wrongdoing having actually /been/ done or not until he's gotten Blurr's side.]
