I've been sifting through the junk pile and I found a few things of interest. A few hard drives, some music and films on them, haven't sorted through or formatted it yet, but if anyone's interested in some entertainment there's that.

Found some stuff I might be able to turn into a human-sized living space. Old mobile home. Kind of shitty, but a nice fat project to work on. But uh.

Can anyone help me haul this thing out? I mean, I got it dislodged, but my RIG only has so much moving power.

Also: Hey Max, you around? When are we going to do that whole drink until we can't stand thing?

I don't mean to imply you can't do it all yourself. It's nothing like that. Just thought maybe it would be, you know, nice to have someone to work with it on.

[She makes a few adjustments and powers up her Kinesis module.]

Should we take this in shifts then? I'll push for a while, and once my module runs out, then you can have a go at it?

Yeah. [She laughs.] You know sometimes I still wonder if I'm really dead and this is some kind of weird afterlife.

[She shrugs.]

[He steps over to the mobile home, studying where he can lift.]

Vandal. [He grins.] Are you trying to nag me?

Hey, who said this is would be your dream? You're the best robot-knight-samurai friend I never knew I wanted.

[It should be simple to lift and push by the old bumper.]

What if I am? Somebody has to take care of your pointy butt.

[He has no idea how to react when you say things like that.]

I hope it's a good dream?

[He lifts the bumper, and gives it an experimental push.]

It is, actually. Weird but... good.

[Well, it seems to roll okay at least. She joins him in the pushing, even though next to him she's next to useless, but it's better to at least make the effort.]

[He grins down at her, pushing. ] See? Working together. You don't have to do everything by yourself.

[Honestly she's starting to confuse herself. It's been so long since she's had such a good friend though... that must be it.]

So what do you need to fix this thing up?

Eh, various stuff. Probably gonna strip it down and rebuild the shell from scratch. I don't know how the plumbing or electrical is, but I'll probably have to do a whole overhaul.

...where are you going to stay while you're doing all that? [Because that sounds like a lot.]

More like giant pushover. [And she grins back.]

Hmm. Haven't thought about it, actually. I'm gonna be studying a bit with Ratchet but I don't want to take up any more space at the medbay than I have to...

[He takes a moment, just pushing the trailer farther.]

[She taps her head indicating that he looks like one. With the... fins and all.]

[Wry smiles for all.]

No. I just....you know....accuracy. It matters.

[Doesn't it? ] Besides, you liked the food.

I uh...I don't really stay anywhere.

[She passes it off as a joke, but she means it.]

Ah. Well. It's a thought, I mean. As long as I have a place to sleep from time to time.

The important thing was the food, though. [Look at Drift taking credit for it like he made it, instead of just being whopped on the head by it. ]
