[There's no introduction this time. Probably because he's in the medical bay, still getting his arm fixed up. And recovering from Tarn-related injuries. No explanation, no fancy hello.]

We need an armory.

More specifically--I want one.

[Why don't you tell us how you really feel, Wheeljack?]

Sounds like a good idea, as long as you can keep the ones prone to homicide well away from it. Which is, what, eighty per cent of the population? Ninety?

[He may be a little biased from what was happening when he arrived. And also because he's an asshole.]

[Mostly because he's an asshole.]

I assumed it would be put under the protection of the police force regardless. 'Cause if it were kept public for any fragger with half a processor to walk in and grab a cannon then it would probably take about five nano-klicks for another few bodies to show up.

Of course, there's also the question if the police force themselves would be capable of preventing the aforementioned from happening.

[NO SMIRK BACK. THIS IS SUPER CEREAL]

I assume the highly plausible and incontrovertible argument for why it should be put under your jurisdiction alone will becoming soon, then?

[Power division is how civil wars start, bro! He's just assuming the worst.]

Hey, I'm not saying the armoury is a bad idea; I'm more concerned about how it'll be handled. Having it public is a bad idea - we already covered that - but exclusive? Equally bad.

It's probably going to be a long and boring process to decide who gets access to what and why.
