[Megatron is clearly angry. Very angry. The fact that his usually-absent fusion cannon has been re-strapped to his arm is a good indication of this.]

Unless I hear a very, very, very good reason otherwise, I'm heading to the Pillar. It seems we have some unfinished business to attend to.

[It's easy to tell he's serious because of how many words he's stressing.]

Let it be known that I am a mech of action.

[He holds up the cannon, making sure his intent is clear.]

I intend to show that there are some things that mere words cannot solve.

There usually is. There are scientists here that might know more. And many have visited the pillar; you might ask what they have found out. On their excursions before blowing it up.

I have been to the Pillar! With a scientist, even. I have no reason to believe that this is not the best course of action with what I have seen.

If we do not know if it can be damaged, why would we take the chance of it doing something worse to us after our attempt? I have seen it scramble brains quite well, and if the man had a weapon then you and I would not be talking now.

You have been to the pillar once, but that does not mean you know everything about it, or what would be the best way of getting rid of it.

You are letting your anger blind you.

[The aggravated revving from his engine is a good indicator that Strelok is probably right. Megatron knows he's right. He's...not so eager to accept that, however.]

Wouldn't it be in everyone's best interests to learn what happens if it's damaged instead of supposing?

I cannot sit and do nothing!

If it kills all of us, then nothing will be learned. Except that we failed in whatever quest brought us all here. Yes?

[Strelok can hardly believe he has to be the voice of reason. What is he, Ghost? Bah humbug.]

Learning more about the pillar before getting rid of it is not doing nothing. Do that, and we might be able to remove it without all of us dying or having our brains scrambled.

[The video cuts out for a moment, and there is a very loud crack the background of teh darkness that is left. This is followed by the very obvious sounds of an angry robot punching a stone.]

One week.

[After a moment, the video returns...as Megatron picks up the device from where he threw it.]

If there is no action within one week I will create some.

Fair enough. I am glad you are willing to listen, even with your anger towards that thing.

That is a good trait, if you are a leader like I have heard.

[Since when have any of them done things because they're easy? He offers a nod; he hasn't been directly affected by the Pillar himself, but he understands.]

It was a trick, to confuse you. Like something back home I came across. The thing is, you must find the proper way to end it.
