[Megatron is clearly angry. Very angry. The fact that his usually-absent fusion cannon has been re-strapped to his arm is a good indication of this.]

Unless I hear a very, very, very good reason otherwise, I'm heading to the Pillar. It seems we have some unfinished business to attend to.

[It's easy to tell he's serious because of how many words he's stressing.]

Let it be known that I am a mech of action.

[He holds up the cannon, making sure his intent is clear.]

I intend to show that there are some things that mere words cannot solve.

[That...was't the line of thinking Megatron was expecting given how much resistance he's getting elsewhere, and thus its the exact sort of thinking that gives him pause.]

[There is an incredibly long pause this time, longer than the previous one. Then, the camera shifts...the way it might when a very large robot sits down.]

I will wait for you.

[Coordinates are sent.]

[The silence is a little nerve wracking, and Ventus can only watch his communicator anxiously as he waits for Megatron to respond. He isn't sure what to think once the camera view shifts, but it's the following words that prompt him to release the breath he'd been holding, relieved.

The Link pings with the received coordinates, the boy nodding at the screen. ]

[As Megatron has promised several others by now...he waits. He waits for Ventus, and tries not to think about the fact that he will be waiting for another week more.

When Ven arrives, he is no longer seated but pacing, his canon still strapped to his arm.]

I have decided to postpone this attack.

[The boy eases his glider around to come alongside Megatron. The first words that come from the Decepticon are a relief to hear.]

For how long?

One week.

[He manages to pause the pacing, not needing the distraction now that Ventus has arrived.]

That should give the 'scientists' enough time to realize that I am right.

[His engine is loud, and he's clearly still upset.]

Ven.

[He has a question.]

[Ventus nods. One week seems like it could be both too long and not long enough, but it was probably better to try coming up with a better plan than try blowing up the thing- especially when there were creatures that would retaliate against any efforts.]

[He looks at Magnum curiously then.]

[Megatron is not happy about waiting...but he knows his time will come.]

How did you feel about him?

[He fidgets a little, wondering what it is that Megatron wants to say. Once the question is asked, the boy blinks. He's not sure what he'd been expecting, if anything, but he's quiet as he considers what he should say.]

It...was a little weird talking to him. I'm not sure how to explain it, but he didn't seem too different from you, but at the same time he still was.

I was kind of worried that it meant that he'd forgotten everything for good...

[To possibly be forgotten by those that disappeared from the Haven always saddened him, but for such to happen to someone who hadn't left...]

-but when he said that he'd help find a way to get home, to see our friends again... He said we'd do it together, and I really wanted to believe that...
