[Texting? It's a bit beyond her abilities, considering typing mechanisms of any sort weren't exactly available in her tower. Not to mention that typing feels doubly unnatural with the alphabet all out of order and spaced strangely. Initially, the other two options aren't much better for her, and it takes some fiddling around before she gets the audio function to turn on.]

Um... hello? Am I doing this right? Can anyone hear me?

[Well, assuming she's using it correctly, here goes nothing.]

My name is Rapunzel, and while I'm sure that gigantic, talking, magic-living-statue person meant well, I really, really can't stay long. You see, I have a very important thing I recently set off to do, and if I don't go right back to take care of it, I may never have a chance to again... [She mumbles the rest of the sentence.] and I've kind of been waiting my whole life for it. [Ahem.] So, if anyone would be so kind to tell me how I could possibly return home, I'd be really appreciative.

[There's a small moment of thoughtful silence.]

But before I forget, by any chance, did someone by the name of Euge-- um, Flynn Rider get here before me? I know it might be a bit of a stretch, but I thought it might be a good idea to check.

[In all honesty, Rapunzel would be relieved to see a familiar face in this strange, enormous, intimidating world. That said, if there is some sort of hidden way back home, she'd need to make sure Flynn could return with her.]

Okay, I think that's everything I wanted to ask about.

...And I really do hope this strange thing is actually working and that I haven't been talking to myself this entire time.

[She frowns; the change of words doesn't alter the new feeling that she was stolen from her world, not merely misplaced. However, she doesn't comment on it, given that it... he?... seems to want to help, at least on the Eugene front.]

Well, he has brown hair, a goatee, blue vest, boots, and a smolder. [Okay, that came out a lot more vague than she had intended.] That really doesn't help much, does it?

[If it's of any consolation little lady, everyone was kidnapped.]

No, I don't think anybody like that is here. A smolder? [Really.] It helps more than you think, considering that there aren't all that many organics in the planet. None with a goatee, so...it was easy to cross that one out.

From here. People theorizes that they either get killed or they get back to their own universes. Seeing how death is not permanent here, I go with the last option.

I see... well, it's better for Flynn, then. I'm thinking he'd probably wouldn't like it here. Not that here is bad, but it's... so different.

[As in the complete opposite of what little of her own home world she had gotten a chance to see. And in that respect, being here is a bit on the unnerving side. So, actually, it is kind of "bad". It's especially not something she'd wish upon the first other human -other than Mother- she had considered a friend.

All the same, that latter statement is news. Relatively good news, both the return theory and the death statement.]

Wait... really? How does either even work?

No organics seems to like it here. [There's a few exceptions but Knock Out can't really blame them for not enjoying the place. It's not their pace to be after all.]

Sometimes people disappears out of the blue without leaving a trace. Other time the call of the Badlands is too strong, they walk in there and never come back. That's why it's important to stick to the Haven.

I suppose that happens when people are put in places are completely opposite from what they're used to. [There's definitely a distinct lack of greenery too, which Rapunzel herself isn't too particular fond of.]

Badlands? Haven? What are those?

[Despite her own questions, his throws her for a momentary loop. Glyph? What on earth -or not earth- is he talking about? She looks around herself, checking the walls, the floors, her skirt... it's by complete accident that she notices the glowing on her arm out of her periphery.

That definitely wasn't there before she was brought here. However, from the sounds of it, that thing must be normal here; all the same, she has to do her best not to let too much of the uncertain surprise meet with her expression.]

It's kind of a yellowy-gold color.

That sounds like a good argument. But who doesn't like an adventure? See this place as an opportunity to discover a new world. [And perhaps get mauled in the process but hopefully all the robots here look look down before stepping on anybody.]

The Haven is where you are, is the terrain around you and a safe place. It has different quadrants, I'll send you a map. [He's not usually this nice and helpful but you look really lost and obviously being around Sora is making him soft.

Soon enough Rapunzel's communicator might be doing a beeping noise as it receives the datafile.]

Yellow or gold are Vector's colors. He's the FirstForged that has control over time and space.

I might be wrong but I thought most people get to choose what adventures they go on.

[Yeah, to be honest, this world doesn't much look like something she'd want to explore. Now if it were covered in greenery, that might be a different case. But as much as she likes mountains, she doesn't much like the idea of living in a place that seems to be more or less solid rock.]

Oh, thank you- [Why is it making that noise] I think this talk-box thing just chirped at me. Is that normal?

[Sorry Knock-Out. Rapunzel is just a little bit new to this whole "computerized-technology" thing. As new as baby deer taking its first steps. Probably about as graceful, too.]

...Well, that must be handy for him.

[And slightly unnerving for her. Maybe space is something she doesn't know much about, but time? She knows a little something, incantation lyrics included.]

Hardly. Troubl...sorry, adventure usually come to find you.

[Rapunzel, plz.] Where are you from lady, the dark Ages? It made a sound because there message I sent you with the map arrived. Touch the buttons and see if something news shows up in the screen.

[Oh, she wishes that was completely true in her case. Sure, Flynn was the one to show in her tower, but she was the one who had to coerce him into an adventure. Thus, choice. And fate. And a horse.]

Actually, we got a lot of sun. It wasn't dark at all. [Try about three centuries after the Dark Ages. Not that she'd know that tidbit.

Okay, button pushing she can do.]

[He still showed up, thought. Call it destiny, call it a horse...fact is, adventure always finds its way.]

No that's not what....nevermind.[No point on explaining.]

You know what? You tell me where you are and I'll explain in person.

Um, I'm right outside a really tall building.

...That really doesn't help much, does it? Actually...

[She turns around on her heel and flips the device around, hoping to show him Vector Prime's temple. She isn't entirely sure if the "talky box" works turned that direction, but such is the price for her coming from a time where waterwheels and cuckoo clocks are the epitome of technology.]

Can you see that?

No, it wasn't. All the temples here are tall but I recognize that one.

I will be there in a few minutes, don't move. [And he turns into car mode on screen for her to see. Isn't he a lovely race car?]

Okay, I'll just... wait right here then.

[Oh, he's definitely lovely for a... whatever a race car is.]

[Why, thanks lady.

Rapunzel will be able to see him in person very quickly because there's a car in the distance that's approaching the temple really fast. It finally comes to a halt in front of the gates and Knock Out changes back to robot mode.] Missed me?

[Okay, he's coming at her a little too fast for comfort, even while in the distance; perhaps she wouldn't feel cold fear grip her spine if she knew that these "cars" are supposed to go fast... and can stop on a dime. That was something she didn't quite expect. Looks like she still has a lot to learn. For the moment though, she feel sheepish for that momentary sense of panic. Of course she wasn't in danger; after all, this was the fellow who had already gone out of his way to help her. Rapunzel swallows down any residual nerves, quickly wiping away any concern from her features and putting on a smile.]

Um, sure?

[He doesn't know that she never saw a car before. even if he knew, he probably would act the same, though. Knock Out, however, did notice the brief odd look she gave him.]

Hmm...still scared of the big metal men? I won't hurt, I'm not that sort of mech anymore. [Not in public, at least. Knock Out put a knee on the floor so they're more at eye level.]

[She laughs, the sound nervous.]

Oh, it's not that. I mean it sort of is, but that other thing was scarier.

[At least this form of his is humanoid and not entirely foreign. Just 99% foreign.]

[Knock Out's used to humans being nervous around him.]

That other thi...My car alt mode? What, you don't like sport cars? [Sacrilege.]

Actually, I don't know what those are.

[You are strange, sir, though not necessarily in a bad way.]

Vehicles. Don't tell me you don't use those in your world. How do you move around fast?

[Oh yes, he is very strange, even for his kind. But strange is fun.]

Let me shows you how that things works, it's not so hard. [He points to the communicator in her hands.] Those buttons here allow you to chose what you want to do, audio, a video log...those other buttons there...

[And Knock Out's goes on explaining the basics. A lot of things might sound like gibberish to her but he tries to keep it easy to understand.]

Horses? I'm pretty sure people use horses.

[The guards weren't riding any, but there was one with them, so it's a pretty safe bet.]

But, um, no "vehicles". At all.

[Despite that huge world difference, she quickly turns her focus to his explanations, listening intently to every instruction and detail. It's a bit to take in, though the technology behind the functions is admittedly a lot more confusing and question-raising than the functions themselves. However, she figures it's best not to ask about the "behind the button" nitty gritty, considering she knows she wouldn't be able to understand it. Not yet, at least.]

Okay, I think I got that all. Thank you so much for explaining everything.

Horses are a bit obsolete were I come from. As far as I know, humans only ride those if they are police officers or if they want to share a romantic evening with someone. [Movies taught him so far.]

You will see a lot of them around here.

[Most humans can't understand how the communicator operates, it's not only her.] You are welcome. With a bit of practice you won't have any problems at all.

Oh... well, I guess horses are great for both those things.

[She'll definitely take his word for it.]

I think I'm starting to gather that. Do all the metal people turn into... um, cars?

[Are all vehicles called cars? No?]

I hope not. But I think I can manage okay now, so long as I don't forget your instructions.

[She really hopes she doesn't.]

On earth the power of a car engine is often measure it horses too. Just so you can understand, my alt mode is a Aston Martin DBS V12 with an engine that produces 510 horsepower. Since I am also cybertronian, I am even faster than that.

No, some turn into jets, weapons, construction vehicles, spiders, a leg...[One of those things is not like the others. Still, all true.]

If you do, I'm sure you will find people in your assigned temple that will explain you how it works again.

I really don't know what that is, but it sounds lightning fast.

That's a good point, though I'd rather not bother them if I don't have to, you know? [It's bad enough having no choice but to flaunt her ignorance on her first day.]
