Ugh, it's always handcuffs!
Someone come and get me out of these things; Blurr slapped some kind of cuffs on me and I can't even move now.
What a pain!

[He's still boggled as to how someone got them off you, and then got them back ON you again.]
Of course. Where are you?
no subject
Liege Maximo's temple, in one of the rooms.
no subject
That is the northeastern temple, right?
[There's a pause, because there's still plenty here that doesn't make sense.] Why would Blurr handcuff you?
no subject
You mean other than "he's being a dumb hedgehog incarnation reject"? ...I'd rather tell you in person.
no subject
...
[What.]
Hedge...hog? [Gunmax, make sense! Oh, wait.]
no subject
[He says that with more humor than the bitter tone he'd been taking initially.]
no subject
[Okay, you've earned a grin from this crane. Too bad he's in crane-mode and driving, so you can't see it. He'll be there as fast as he can given the distance between places, and he'll stare up at the frozen towers of the north.]
There seem to be a lot of rooms. Can you narrow this down?
no subject
...Eh, I could start shouting a lot, if you want. I wasn't really paying attention when Blurr was dragging me around.
no subject
Gunmax, there is a button you can press to send me your coordinates.
[He starts inside, anyhow, noticing how much colder it was around here than in the junkyard.] Or can you move at all?
no subject
A real shame. Maybe I was going to dance or something! But nope, cuffed with these weird things. I really can't move here, otherwise I would have just, you know, dealt with it.
no subject
[Although that depends on the dance.]
Let's go with your initial plan, then. Make as much noise as you can, and I'll try to find you.
[Here begins finding a Gunmax in an ice-castle, something like a needle in a haystack. Run-time is go!]
no subject
[SIGH.] Okay, okay. I'll start shouting.
[Probably going to rant in English for awhile, but you can bet he's anything but quiet.]
no subject
Only if Deckerd put something new into the rule book.
[Not down that hallway, no. Not this one, either. Or this one...
BUT WAIT.
He hears something, distantly. Maybe down this hall? No? But he can hear you more clearly, now.]
...!
[And he can understand some of what you're saying, too. Gunmax, really, there might be kids around!]
no subject
I'm sure if it crosses his mind. Which, if I danced, it would.
[Yeah, sorry, that crude language is not stopping. The kids can learn early, right? Of course they can.]
no subject
[Now he's impressed. He doesn't have that programming!]
[He's pretty certain that this is the hallway, too. Your voice is definitely coming from somewhere down it, it's just too bad there are so many doors.]
I'm close, now. [He starts knocking on them.] Let me know when I find you.
no subject
[Probably. Gunmax likes to adapt and -- other things.]
Ugh, this is annoying.
[Gonna keep on shouting things. You might hear a THE END and a YOUR MAMA here and there, McCrane.
But you're a good sport.
Then, Gunmax hears the knock on the door.]
Ah! There!
no subject
[As long as there aren't any I love you, baby's, we're doing okay. But! This is the door!]
...
[There's a keypad.]
Do you know the combination? [Because he's just gonna push this green button and hope that it isn't locked.]
no subject
Did he lock it?
[Action!]
No.
No, he didn't.
[McCrane looks down.]
Is this one of these things we should be keeping from Deckerd?
[Action!]
Eh. He already knows. And more than I wanted to say.
So. How about it? Wanna get me out of these?
[Action!]
[He crouches down, and picks up Gunmax's hands in the cuffs, looking them over. The design is completely foreign, but there aren't many buttons so one of them has to work.]
Why can't you move? [Because if that is a function of the cuffs, this might get tricky.]
[Action!]
[Gunmax remains completely limp, mostly because he has no choice.]
I'm not really sure. Blurr called them stasis cuffs. Can't you just break them?
[Action!]
[Since you were being...strange, that day.]
I can try.
Or.
I can push this button.
[He presses it, and hopes that it's for cuff-release and not for, say, electroshock therapy.]
[Action!]
[He huffs a little. Sure, that day had turned out well, but Kirisaki is still a sore spot.]
Well, I suppose you could.
[Fortunately, the cuffs open and Gunmax is released. The biker immediately rolls his shoulders and gets to his feet.]
Tch, that's more like it!
Thank you, McCrane.
[Action!]
[He chides, a little. It's a gentle chiding, but there it is.]
Try not to get in too much more trouble today?
[Action!]
[Action!]
[Action!]
