Mech by the name of Wheeljack. Mechanic, though seems obsessed with his role as a Wrecker. May not be your best first choice. I'm aware of Skyfire and Perceptor's roles as scientists, but couldn't tell you how much they'd know about your Earth tech. And just how many Skyfires and Perceptors are on this fragging planet. Ratchet's human companions may know a thing or two. That's all I got.
