[Oops, bear time already?]

Nngh, does anyone know where a bear can take a bath around here? I'm talking about a real bath, too. Baths shouldn't be so much work! They're supposed to be relaxing and were once my favorite part of the day. Now I feel like I gotta hike it just to get some water and THEN hope it's not freezing.

There's an injustice in there somewhere.

So what's up? Time to come clean! At least tell me where I can get a tub or something, anything!! I don't think I can buy that with all these nice, fancy temples that there isn't a single bathroom. Someone's probearly hiding all of them at this rate.

Along with all the fridges.

And TVs.

And stoves.

[He cuts the feed just a bit abruptly, but it's only because he's excited.]

[She comes ans answers the door. She has her helmet on, but maybe it's time to actually tell Teddie the truth. She steps aside to let him in, anyways.]

Shower's off to the left, have soap and shampoo and everything in there. Lemmie know if you need anything, kid.

[The truth will set you free, or something like that.]

Alrighty!

[He excitedly hurries inside, acting like he's been here since forever. It doesn't take Teddie long to 'make himself at home' when it comes to other people's places, sadly. For example, he immediately throws off his bear head, just popping it off like it's a top, as he hurries for the shower and reveling that there is in fact someone inside that suit. I mean, he's still convinced Vandal is a robot and why would a robot mind if he just starts throwing his clothes everywhere?!

Thank god it isn't much, only the bear suit and partially his shirt seeing as he struggles to take it off and run at the same time. He can't really help it, he's excited! An actual for real shower! With soap and everything!

And then he tripped.

Because he's a dork.]

[Whoa wait that's a person under there?! She takes off her helmet and is torn between covering her eyes and trying to go help him up.]

It's a fucking suit?! Why would you wear a bear s-

Jeez. Okay. Hold on.

[Trying to help you up and not look.]

[Well he could say the same thing, minus...the whole...bear part... BUT ANYWAY, as soon as he gets up and manages to move the mass that is his shirt covering his face enough so he can see, he takes one look at Vandal and pauses.

Let him take this in for a second.]

[The pause is then followed by him responding in the most elegant way possible.]

Vandal is Vandal's sister?!

[Awkward...]

Uh.

Yeah there's only one of me.

[Hang on, let him just...fix his shirt while he tries to take this all in.]

Why would you lie about something like that?

[Now that he thinks about it, that means that two people lied to him.]

I was really worried about you...

I'm not sure how this was gonna upset me. In fact, I like you waaaay more as a person.

[No, it's the lying that he finds more upsetting. He could stay angry and hold a grudge over it, but since she is allowing him to use the shower, he's just going to set it slide.

...He'll just complain to Starscream instead.]

Well that's. Good. I had no idea you were a human under that suit, either, you know.

[She just. Goes to sit on her couch and sigh into her hands.]

Sorry for lying, Teddie. Go take your shower.

[This is so weird.]

[And he wasn't the one trying to cut his arm off. It's not exactly something you can compare evenly.

But he shuts his mouth after seeing her go to the couch, judging from her mood that maybe now's not the time for his nonsense.

He'll just...slip in the shower and behave for now.]

It's ah. Yeah.

[She's just gonna sit here wile you shower and try not to feel awkward.]

[Eventually he finishes, for the most part, the awkwardness of the situation making him too uncomfortable to get into any detailed cleaning. He'll just have to wash his suit another day. Instead, he sheepishly slinks out, looking over at Vandal apologetically. He didn't mean to make this weird.]

Are you gonna be okay?

Who me?

Yeah. I'm always okay.

[She grins.]

It's a little weird but uh. I guess I just feel bad.

Teddie... why do you wear a bear suit all the time? I've gotta know.

['Always okay'. You know, if he were somebody else, he'd probably mention how going crazy over the feed is probably a good sign of someone not being okay.

As it stands, however, her question ends up throwing him off and he just sort of stares awkwardly. After what just happened, he doesn't really want to lie to her... but at the same time, he's not sure how to explain it.]

Because I'm a bear.

[...It was a nice try, Teddie.]

Really? Because you sure do look like a kid to me.

[She offers him a very incredulous smile.]

It's kind of a really long story...
