[The network opens up to a very nice picture of what appears to be the face of some sort of stuffed animal pressed against the screen. It then pulls back, showing that this is an apparently disgruntled stuffed animal, and then smacks its face against the screen once more.

Rinse and repeat.]

[Whatever is on the screen is clearly alive, and by the looks of things ...trying to go through the screen of its device in some sort of weird last ditch effort to escape. Whatever was explained to this thing about the current situation fell on deaf ears. I'm sure he has a good reason for thinking this device is some kind of portal...]

GAAHAH! Someone get me outta here!

[He may or may not have accidentally turned his device on while slamming his face against it.]

[Hold up, hold up. Can't go home? Stuck here?]

I can't be stuck here, I got stuff I got to do! Where are my--I don't see my friends! I gotta go back, I don't wanna be alone again!

[Despite his blubbering, he complies and begins to hold his device so it shows a good shot of where he is. Yup, just the Nexus Temple. He hasn't even found his room yet.]

Oh you are in the same place I am, I'll be there in just a moment!

[She doesn't quite know what to tell him yet but tries to think of something as she runs out of her room and down the hall. Time to be 'nee-chan Miko'.

She really doesn't take that long to get to him.]

There you are, and here I am.

[Oh how he waited, a moment was far too long. As soon as he spots Miko approaching, he doesn't even take a second thought and runs over to her.]

Miko-chaaaaan!!

[He sobs like a small child. A small, obnoxious, bear-shaped child. Any and all personal space Miko had is now gone as he pretty much presses himself against her. He's very special that way...]

[She is a little surprised by the sudden hug but doesn't push him away. Already the thought of taking care of him is making her loneliness and homesickness go away.]

I know, it's okay, it's all gonna be okay.

[She pats his head softly, hugging him back.

It was going to all be okay, right? She was sure the first forged guys would be working to find some way to send them home, after all they didn't really belong here, as cool as it was.]

[He eventually does let go, although he's still ridiculously close to her. The idea of being separated from his friends for an undetermined period of time was just too much to ...bear.

Although the fact that there is humans here is, in fact, very comforting. Now if only he could STOP CRYING.]

You promise?

[She crouches down a little to be on his same level and rubs his head affectionately.]

Absolutely! If we stick together and keep strong everything will be just fine.

[The gross sobbing stops at the words of encouragement, he's such a sucker for them. After rubbing his eyes, he gives an arm pump and puts on his game face.]

Rright! [nod] You can count on me!

That's the spirit!

[She jumps up and mimics his arm pump.]

We can do this! And you can count on me~!

[His enthusiasm doesn't last long, however, and questions start to fill his head. Questions that really bum him out. His ears droop slightly.]

So now that we're counting on each other, what do we do now? I dunno where to go...

Well, first we find your room.

[She figures if he was so excited over the phone he would love having his own room.]

And if you are hungry there is an area to go look for food.

[Yes, that is pretty exciting, he's never had his own room before.]

I have a room? Like with my own bed and everything?

[Don't even get him started on the food.]

Yup, all your own. You can do what ever you want in there too!

[Good, the idea worked, better to keep him thinking about good things, right? And that is something Miko is good at.]

Oh, that's okay. I used to do whatever I wanted anyhow, Yosuke didn't--

[He stops at the sudden realizing that having his own room means there will be a lack of Yosuke.

Although he's well aware that there's no question that he's slept alone before, he's not sure if he can go cold turkey so suddenly. This worries him.]

[Uhoh, that sudden quiet isn't good.]

Is Yosuke your friend? Did you stay with him before?

Yes and yes.

[He lowers his gigantic head.]

[Oh no, no sad times, that is the opposite of what she wants.]

I know I'm not Yosuke, but if you need someone to be around you can always come to me. For anything at all.

[I'm not sure Miko realizes what she just did. He can be a very clingy bear.]

R-Really?

[He's actually quite glad to hear that.]

[Nope, she has no clue, but doing things without thinking is her specialty.]

[Once again, he hugs, but at least this time his tears are more like tears of joy. Seriously, he couldn't handle the idea of being alone again.]
