And, no. You've busted some blood vessels. Nothing that can't heal itself on its own. It'll take a few days, maybe a week or more, depending on the severity. As I don't have my equipment on me, I can't fix it right away.

Still, I'd like a closer look. Is any part of your hand hurting? When you move your fingers or your wrist? There any soreness or tension? Any tingling or numbness?

From the looks of it, you may have either broken or sprained something. Again, I'm going to need to do a proper examination before I can give you my official diagnosis.
