After some consideration I have decided that this is probably the best course of action to take. I have a couple matters to put forth for your consideration.

First, I have not yet properly introduced myself over the link and I feel it is time I do so. My name is Megatron, I come from the same universe as Soundwave who arrived here before me. I would like to assure you that I understand the difference in my personality from what many of the other Cybertronians here have come to expect of someone with my name. Keeping this in mind I wish to assure everyone that I am a peaceful individual.

My second matter is I wish to inform everyone that if anyone needs someone to speak to concerning their own safety or other's they may come to me. I am aware of the police force we have developing here and have the greatest respect for all those involved. I also recognize that there are times when going to such individuals is not an option for various reasons, it is due to this that I am making myself available to anyone who feels a need for it. I will not allow the originating faction of any individual to alter how I assist any one, and I am not restricting any organics either, all are welcome to come to me and be taken care of.

I hope this does not offend you in any way. I did not wish to over step anyone but I am aware that some people do not feel secure going to the law, perhaps because the feel they will not be considered fully due to a personal history. I wish things did not go in such a way, but it does tend to be a factor in societies that have laws. Of course I will contact you or the police force if there is a direct need to, but not having it be a looming factor may be beneficial to some.

There's a clear, if subtle, bracing to the Seeker's demeanor as he replies, offering a bow.]

It's nice to meet you, Megatron. I haven't been here too long, but it's nice to know that there's so many helpful... people around here. [They can be called people too, right? ]

I was advised that you are different than I should anticipate from an individual calling himself Megatron.

[The helmet is vaguely similar. But -- He doesn't speak like Megatron. The optics are wrong. The basic construction is wrong.]

Would you care to elaborate on your statements? Specifically on... the rather glaring differences between yourself and... well, Megatron. The one significantly less associated with polished speeches and pacifism.

[Frenzy takes a good few seconds to stare at your new paint scheme, your blue optics, your red emblem, and then he really focuses in on what you're saying.]

... I can buy into da whole "dif'rent universe" scrap, though I don't believe all of what them drone-buckets said. But you... You an' Soundwave... [brows would climb if he had anyway] What the frag were ya guys doin' in yer universe? 'Cause, t'me you're all [heheh] you're all [hehehehehEHEHEH] sounding like a bunch of Autobutts. Maybe you should've asked Soundwave for a recordin' or something of Prime to give some extra weight to what you're claimin'... Not all of us have the "luck" [he snorts and briefly aims his gaze down towards the ground in something like exasperated amusement] to get to see things firsthand like I did.

[Of course, not even that might convince most of them...]

[Blades has never met Megatron, but he's heard stories and seen pictures. Naturally, he's confused right now and he can't help himself.]

You're so... nice! I thought you were supposed to be an evil killing machine warlord or something?

[Chances are his team is going to kill him for this communication, but curiosity and copters and all that.]

[Why everyone has such few faith in the Police Force?]

[ This is not anything like his liege - it's not completely unexpected, he was warned, but it is one thing to be told that the only Megatron on this world was... different, and quite another to hear Megatron speak of being a peaceful individual.

His instinctual need to report to Megatron is fighting with the knowledge that this isn't his leader -- but then again, remaining silent won't gain him any more data. ]

Lord Megatron. [ The slightest of pauses as he realizes he automatically called him "Lord". ] I had observed that this new law system appears to be -- biased.

[a sane, reasonable Megatron. Still, the name is hard to ignore. Blame thousands of years of war.]

Peaceful is a noble quality. One sadly lacking in others bearing your name, Megatron.
