After some consideration I have decided that this is probably the best course of action to take. I have a couple matters to put forth for your consideration.

First, I have not yet properly introduced myself over the link and I feel it is time I do so. My name is Megatron, I come from the same universe as Soundwave who arrived here before me. I would like to assure you that I understand the difference in my personality from what many of the other Cybertronians here have come to expect of someone with my name. Keeping this in mind I wish to assure everyone that I am a peaceful individual.

My second matter is I wish to inform everyone that if anyone needs someone to speak to concerning their own safety or other's they may come to me. I am aware of the police force we have developing here and have the greatest respect for all those involved. I also recognize that there are times when going to such individuals is not an option for various reasons, it is due to this that I am making myself available to anyone who feels a need for it. I will not allow the originating faction of any individual to alter how I assist any one, and I am not restricting any organics either, all are welcome to come to me and be taken care of.

I hope this does not offend you in any way. I did not wish to over step anyone but I am aware that some people do not feel secure going to the law, perhaps because the feel they will not be considered fully due to a personal history. I wish things did not go in such a way, but it does tend to be a factor in societies that have laws. Of course I will contact you or the police force if there is a direct need to, but not having it be a looming factor may be beneficial to some.

Thundercracker, it is nice to meet you. It can only guess that you come from a different universe, as the one who goes by that name in mine looks quite different from you. Still, it is a pleasure. You do not have to call me lord, it is not a requirement I have.

I will assume that is appropriate, as I am relatively certain anyone who has told you as much knows what to expect of the Megatron you would know of.

Would you care to elaborate on your statements? Specifically on... the rather glaring differences between yourself and... well, Megatron. The one significantly less associated with polished speeches and pacifism.

Of course, I refrained from doing so in the initial post so as to avoid having other matters go unnoticed by those who did not care to listen to the full explanation.

Since you claim I am so very different from who you assiciate the name Megatron with I feel relatively certain that I can say you come from a polarity where individuals have positron charged 'sparks' rather than negatron charged 'embers'. If this is correct then that is the core basement of the fundamental differences.

This place has shown me that not every one is an exact reversal to how they are in the other polarity universe, but it does seem to be a relatively sound basis to start from.

That would depend on what the Autobots in your universe are like, though if they believe that freedom is a right to all sentient life, then I could see how we would sound like them to you.

Maybe you should've asked Soundwave for a recordin' or something of Prime to give some extra weight to what you're claimin'... Not all of us have the "luck" [he snorts and briefly aims his gaze down towards the ground in something like exasperated amusement] to get to see things firsthand like I did.

Maybe, but I think shocking others into believing what I have to say only serve to discredit my ability to prove that I am a decent person even without the Optimus Prime of my world as contrast.

It will be something to consider for those who chose to not believe what I have to say without proof though, I will keep it in mind for that.

Perhaps the Megatron of your world is like that, but I am not. I come from a universe that seems to be a reverse of most, if not all, of the ones that others here are from.

[ This is not anything like his liege - it's not completely unexpected, he was warned, but it is one thing to be told that the only Megatron on this world was... different, and quite another to hear Megatron speak of being a peaceful individual.

His instinctual need to report to Megatron is fighting with the knowledge that this isn't his leader -- but then again, remaining silent won't gain him any more data. ]

It may seem so, I have faith that it will be applied unbiasedly, but I can see where it it would be perceived as biased, which is why I have made myself available to those who might feel unable to go to the law enforcement themselves.

Though I must admit, you have an advantage over me as you know my name and I am unaware of yours.
